Hey man I just saw a comment of yours on a bicep tendonitis thread. I may have some questions for you if you dont mind. You said to take 2.5 lbs dumbells for curls to not stay immobile once pain is getting dull. I have little to no pain during the day but the day after I do curls with 3lbs dumbells, my bicep tendon hurts on the next day. would you say this is normal from your experience?
