Just curious, not planning on adding anytime soon. Temptation gets real but I’m aware I’m not ready. Gotta be smart. With that being said, what made you decide to try it out, what’d you cycle it with? Things you learned? Did you microdose? How bad of a physical toll did it take on your body?

If you decide to try it. Start small. If you have a wife or girlfriend. Let them know all the sides that can/will happen. I told my wife before I ran it so she knew what to expect.

Do 10mg a day of Tren Ace. If you don't turn into an asshole try 15 and so on. 70mg a week along can go a long way

I see a lot of love and hate with ace, what about hex? I know it’s a longer ester but it was specifically made for “humans”

I wouldn’t run it if you’re in a relationship or married—many many many stories of people destroying marriages and relationships over it.

Also more than likely your sleep will go to shit, you’ll be irritable and probably ice cold —if you have to be sociable for work, I probably wouldn’t recommend it.

So yeah pretty much everything goes to shit, but you’ll look fantastic xD

There maybe less than 5% of people who run it and get no or minimal sides, the other 95% think they’re behaving rationally and normally but are actually acting like lunatics

It has a slow creep effect, alters your brain chemicals, you can tell you’re a little more aggressive or maybe impatient but you can’t really internally assess your own irrationality on it. Again you think you’re for the most part being rational (when you’re not)

The first few weeks are kind of fun. You enjoy the dark kind of aggressiveness and the change in perspective and maybe confidence it brings combined with not giving a fuck about anything, gym sessions are adrenaline fueled, strength is up, veins are popping

After a few weeks the sleep changes and sides can catch up to you, your adrenaline receptor start to burn out and the fatigue of constantly having to fight back irritation just becomes unfun, atleast that’s my experience.

Oh And it absolutely destroys your bloodwork and stresses the hell out of your kidneys while spiking your blood pressure
 
It works fantastic for looks and strength and all around bodybuilding and powerlifting purposes

But it does come with major trade offs/costs. Just being real

How did you alleviate the harm done on the blood work, countermeasures compared to other gear.

IDK. Ace is a little bit of a sting and mild soreness like you got a shot, but it isn't bad. I often mix it with my test shots or something else and then don't really feel it. Never done Hex. I think it only converts like 65% or something vs Tren A? IDK there is some conversion out there

Don’t go into it expecting the worst. Just be smart. Treat it like any other compound. Start low, assess, and make changes when you see fit. Not everyone becomes ridden with sides on tren. You may, you may not. Don’t let Internet lore get into your head so much you placebo yourself.

For adding it, the right time is just really when you feel it’s appropriate. Stress low, things dialed in, in a good place mentally. Just all the same stuff you’d want before introducing any new period. There’s no true rules in this activity and no one else can makes the decision but you on if you want to try it.

If you’re hellbent on using it, or that itch just continues to creep, definitely start low and take the smart logical approach to it

It’s very potent, you don’t need a lot to really see the magic

Still don’t think it’s ideal running in a relationship or marriage, but maybe you’ll be fine

Started at 10 mg a day and worked up to 20 mg a day

Big change in body composition, strength and energy .

Only negatives I’ve experienced were increased hunger, trouble sleeping and being hot AF at night, not night sweats, but damn, can’t crank the AC low enough

Would definitely run it again, but keeping it short… 4-8 weeks
 
I’m probably one of the few people that Tren has little to no bloodwork impact(40 weeks at 200mg was the longest). Every run has been very enjoyable but damn it fries my CNS everytime

No extreme sweating, insomnia, or rage but after awhile I’d kind of feel like a vegetable mentally, very simple thoughts. Id also have to take a nap after every workout cuz I was so tired, but in the gym the pumps and strength are unmatched

Start low like everyone is saying, 200mg E or A was always my sweet spot but even 70-140mg would give pretty noticeable body composition changes
