"What's YOUR routine, and how do you hold yourself accountable?!?!"

Many of us have busy hectic schedules, whether it's work, family, multi jobs, or even school..With this said how do you make the time to keep your promise to the grind, how do you juggle meal preps (do you even meal prep or eat on the lamb),do you have a partner that helps you with your goals, prepping, training, eating?

What's your biggest struggle in this lifestyle? What motivates you,how do you keep the passion and dedication on fire?

Share your stories with the brotherhood.. Give some tips if you have any, or suggestions on how to simplify things in order to save time that creates more time for the grind!

Are you a college student and train religiously tell us how you keep up with the lifestyle? Do you walk away from parting and is it difficult for you? Give some of the other young guys some of your great ideas for improved nutrition, supplementation, time management...

(Share meal ideas too) meals on the go, or cheap eats that meet your daily macro's!

For me its simple. I just look at myself before and remember how piss poor my health was back then. I have been on some sort of cycle since Feb 2016 and have not had a cheat day since then. Its easy for me to stay on track because if im not moving forward im being stagnant. I know what its like to eat whatever whenever but what did it get me besides man boobs and jiggles when I brushed my teeth. Most of this isn't even an option anymore, my kids eat some version of what I eat and my wife is the same. I only keep clean food in the house so theres never the option to breakdown even at home. Everything revolves around eating, resting and the gym. Im no different than most I have 2 kids, 5 dogs a house that needs work a wife that needs attention. But the lifestyle for me isnt an option anymore it just is. And honestly more than anything I tell myself this regularly..whats the point of pinning the same cheeks for almost a year, popping pills like pez and restricting my diet to the same food everyday if im not going to give it my absolute best everyday. Im also fortunate that my wife is on board on cooks my meals everyday, encourages me to set goals and is understanding of the ups and downs related to aas. One last thing, DG has done so much for me that I owe it to each and everyone of the squad moreover to Alan to do everything I can to make every drop or every pill count. So thats it..its just not even a question for me.

Having a partner I can imagine would help a lot. Especially with helping with food, keeping what you need around and someone to help with mobility.

I have an incredibly flexible schedule, no finicial issues, live for free and I enjoy cooking. So I'm pretty lucky in that I get to workout how I want, when I want on my own time. I have no excuses if I don't become a very successful Powerlifter.

My biggest struggle is food. Everyone around me is always eating burgers and pizza and they look delicious. Going to the gym is not problem for me just the diet. What helps me is prepping my meals before hand and always eating snacks so that I don't crave anything else.

Another thing too is that I always eat before going to the grocery store so that nothing looks appetizing lol

I don't have a problem with pizzas and burgers. That kind of food just makes me feel like a pile of dog shit after I eat it so I lost any appetite I had for them. I struggle with things like pie. Greasy foods do nothing for me anymore.

i'm lucky.....have a wonderfull wife and kid , i work 3-4 days and spend precious time with them . Bodybuilding is my passion, my way of erase stress , my fountain of youth . Competing it's the ice on the cake but i really i LOVE training . When i'm not prepping for a show i enjoy preparing and eating some " normal " meals like pizza , pasta with my loved ones . As i'm often on the go i rely sometimes on shakes , protein bars and healthy snacks like nuts and fruits . Everything changes 8-10 weeks out....i prep all my food and don't cheat.....i see my body like a sculpture....i visualize what i would like then i work on it

Cheap eats?? what do you guys have for cheap eat ideas??

I'm a chop meat, egg and top roman mix kinda guy on cheap eat days.. I mix it all with some cheese..

Now and then I blend my chicken dry (shred it) and add it to rice, its a fast on the go meal, I can literally shovel it and wash it down with a mouth full of water, no chewing involved.. Or I blend my oats drys, make a powder and add to protein shakes or pre-workout.. It mixes great like any other power (basically its flower)..

Try blending your oast dry, it works great as a on the go powder mix!

Tuna fish bro cheap you dont have to heat it up and its full of protein add a few eggs in and there you go. Peanut butter is another favorite of mine 8g of protein per 2 tablespoons and a good source for healthy fats

Cheap? Beef round. I don't eat much if any white meat. Makes me weak. And quite simply it's an easier way to get in more calories. I leave the chicken and tuna to the small guys ;)

I stray from foods with an offset of omega 3's to 6's. So no peanut butter. It's a crappy nut anyways. Only almond butter and only every so often. I always do 1lb of grass fed beef a day. And that's $4.50. Which isn't bad.

I wake up early most days and try to get to the market early to get the steaks that are marked down. The more steak I get, the leaner and stronger I get. I have a rough time with eggs. But lately I started throwing strawberry jelly on them. And that's been a huge refresh.

greek yougurt 0% fat is quite cheap over here , add 1 scoop whey and you have a nice bodybuilding snack

A store close by my house had top sirloins on sale for 4.99 a lb picked up like 10 of them the other day. I always look at the sale papers
