I got a pack of this a couple weeks ago from SB to review along with some sust I'll be doing bloodwork on.

These are 50mg Viagra, 20mg Cialis per tab.

They fucking work.

I've put the wife through the ringer the last two weeks and these have performed amazingly.

At one full tab I am fighting off erections hours after a couple sex sessions.
