Running Test-E and Mast-E at 750/750. I started on HGH the beginning of July at 2.5iu/day and have titrated up to 8iu/day. I've been on 8iu for about a month now. Took a while to work through the initial edema, but that has settled down now. I've tried taking the 8iu in one bolus dose pre-bed, but my sleep was awful. I've switched to 4iu pre-bed and 4iu twelve hours later.

I'm noticing that my body composition is changing pretty quickly at this point. I'm leaner and stronger than I've been in a very long time.

Is it worth it to push higher with the HGH? 9iu or 10iu? I don't know where the point of diminishing returns is.

If you’re seeing great results where you’re at, I’d just stay there for now. Hows your glucose levels, taking anything to help control it?
Like Jay Cutler said “run as much as you can afford” or as much as you can get away with, without to many sides.

I haven't taken my BS. I am running Tirz at 5mg/week for insulin sensitivity.

How do you know you need it then? Glp’s only help out so much. Personally if I go above 6iu a glp wasn’t enough. I’d Recommend getting a glucose tester before making any other adjustments.
Have you had a thyroid panel done?

For the average gym bro. I don’t see a reason to go past eight. For most people anything after that it’s diminishing returns and honestly a waste of money. Of course if you’re competitor and a bigger guy, that’s a different story but 6 to 8 is plenty for most people.

I've been on a GLP-1 for a year now. I was dieting last year and dropped about 30lbs. Mainly Reta at 7mg/week. When I built a tolerance to that, I slowly added in Tirz and titrate up to 7mg/week of that as well. 14mg/week total. I was going to completely come off of both but decided to stay on Tirz, at a lower dose, for it's metabolic benefits. Lower inflammation, insulin sensitivity, lipids, etc.

Why’d you decide to stay on tirz over reta? Curious as I haven’t ran tirz but been on 5mg reta for the last 4 months, can tell body’s getting used to it so either go up or switch it up .. on cruise trt until early next year then it’s blast off!

Have you tried to split dose it yet? Add Cagrilintide as well. Keep the dose low but effective. Try adding 1.5mg cag to it and see if that helps.

Careful with Cagrilintide. Made me feel exhausted all the time. I never felt fatigue like that. To the point it was hard just to stand up out of a chair. Was absolutely horrible.

I’ll try split dosing but was jc if switching to tirz would be more effective for me at this point. Not sure how safe 8-12mg/w Reta is long term so trying to avoid going much higher..

With Cag, you use a much lower dose that the reta. Almost a 6:1 ratio

If you’re getting good results then just stay at what you’re at.

when I went 6-8iu, the most I’ve ever run, I needed to add insulin to control blood sugar. Made a big difference on the gains too, that’s how I got to 250lbs. Felt miserable at that weight tho, 230-240 was my sweet spot.
Also needed to add some T4/T3 for thyroid

Run 8 IUs for a few month and then bump it to 12IUs. See how you respond. No one can tell you how you will do with it.

When you went to 6-8iu, were you split dosing it or injecting one bolus dose pre-bed?

Were you using a basal insulin for all day coverage or a rapid (Humalog) pre/post workout?

How much t4 were you taking?

If you aren’t somewhat regularly monitoring your fasted glucose and 2hr post prandial glucose levels, you have zero business running higher gh. It can and will cause insulin resistance and diabetes, especially if carbs are pushed high. I don’t give a fuck what GLP you are on.

I’d also be getting thyroid panels to see where your free t4, free t3, and tsh are sitting. I have a t4 script and need to take it year round on gh.

And yes, the difference between 8 and 10iu is noticeable imo. With that said, my weight gets over 285 offseason pretty lean, and I’m a shw bodybuilder trying to get to 300-310 this next push lol. If I wasn’t competing, I don’t think I’d go over 4iu of gh. Higher dose gh is extremely damaging to your heart long term.

I bought a glucometer. My fasting glucose is around 80.

I titrated up to 10iu, from 8, two weeks ago. I'm getting hit with bad edema and for the first time my right hand is going numb occasionally. Hopefully the edema subsides in the next couple weeks.

Thyroid panel will be next. How much t4 are you taking? 100mcg/day?

Was doing split dosing 4iu morning 4iu afternoon
I used both Novolin R and N, fast and slow acting. N once a day 10-20iu and R pre and post workout 10-20iu. I worked my way up to those doses, checking BG regularly and testing how many carbs I needed to counter the doses, this varies by person and how much hgh your taking.
T4 added 25-50mcg. Sometimes would add another 25mcg of T3.
All of this was supported by regular bloodwork to see where I was and what I needed to compensate.
I would say most people don’t need to add insulin or T3-4 until 6+iu, varies person to person ofcourse, you need bloodwork to verify. The higher the dose of hgh the more you need it generally.

I'm taking the 10iu in one bolus dose pre-bed and my training is about 6hrs prior to bed.

Do I need to take some of the HGH peri-workout in order to get the synergistic effects of the HGH/Slin combo?

I think it’s best to split doses that high but ultimately it’s what makes you feel best and works best for you. I would personally try in both ways and test what works best. Also how you take can change how best to use and time insulin. You have to start low, like 2iu of insulin and gradually ramp up with testing glucose periodically and carb intake to see what your body needs, not what other people do or say.

Ive run 6iu of IL hgh for years with no issues. Imo it all comes down to quality of life choices. If you sit on your ass all day and ignore cardio of course your bg is going to be shit. But I think I also am lucky with my genetics when it comes to bg, its never been an issue for me even when pushing carbs down. When I pushed up to 12iu the edema was painful. I would suspect at a certain point returns become negligible, and there are serious side effects to long term super high doses of growth hormone.

Glucose is solid!

Totally expected. Honestly the numbness doesnt really go away. I don’t get the edema at all.

I take 100mcg per day, but I believe I started at 50 or maybe 75 and went up based on labs and symptoms.
