I’m new to growth. I’m in my mid 30s wanting to add HGH to my upcoming bulk cycle. I’ve been on TRT for years now and wanting to try out HGH.
I’m 6’6 245lbs at 10 percent body fat. Just ended a 4 month cut.
My goals are muscle growth.
—What dosage would you recommend for growing muscle?
—How long should I run growth?
—When do the muscle building effects start to kick in? In guessing around 6 months?
—Everyone says that running growth hormone (GH) with testosterone is amazing, but what exactly makes the combination so effective?
What kind of synergy do GH and testosterone have? Does GH actually make testosterone work better, or vice versa?
I’ve also heard that using GH without testosterone is a waste. I do plan on using testosterone alongside GH, but I’m trying to understand why the combination works better than using either one on its own. Can someone explain what’s actually happening in the body that makes them more effective together?
I understand I can run it forever but I’m wanting to cycle it. I’m cool with running long term dosages but I will come off of it at some point before starting it again. Or at least lower the dose.
