does hgh make you lose fat without diet change? if I were to use hgh 6 i.u a day, but eating a lot of good foods. I don't go on a cut, I just eat a lot while injecting a lot of hgh. what happens. do you lose fat or is the diet always key? can you lose fat with only hgh while eating like a pig?
