I've been on Keto for 5 months now and have dropped 40lbs and 15%bf. I'm now doing a recomp. Has any of you done this after Keto and what would you suggest macro wise? In the past coming off Keto wasn't a good time for my bodyfat percentage. I'm 54 6'0" 205lbs 10%bf. I'd like to get to 220lbs and keep my bodyfat relatively the same. I did just procure some Test, Adrol, Tren, Var.

Just reintroduce carbs slowly. Start at 40-50grams a day (enough to break ketosis) and add 20-30 grams every week. Keep protein high. I did this after 15 months on strict keto. Energy is gonna fluctuate as im sure you know. If youre on cycle and have training down i.m.e. I wouldnt worry about too much about gaining fat(especiallyif youre running tren like you said, excellent nutrient partioning) . Youll be fine bro. Dont overthink it youre going back to the way your body wants to be. Keto takes alot of sacrifice and is not optimal for muscle gain but fuck it shreds fat. Btw when i broke ketosis I only added jasmine or basmati rice as my carb source for the first month, easy to measure accurately and pinpoint your progression of carbs. Stay away from breads and sweets obviously.

Thanks for the advice. I was taking in about 50-60 carbs a day and now I'm up to 100. I have a Keto Mojo blood tester and was surprised how many carbs I could eat and stay in ketosis. I was still in ketos the first 4 days of eating 100gm of carbs. Nice to know what worked for someone else and I'm on track.

Seriously? Im not familiar w the device but if its accurate thats insane bro. In a good way. The more active you are and the quicker you burn through glycogen the more you can handle and stay in. I might grab one of those meters.

This device is a game changer for measuring ketones and glucose (it does both). It produces lab grade results. Here is an exert from a review: The Keto-Mojo GK+ meter uses advanced amperometric biosensor technology combined with auto-coding to deliver clinical-grade blood glucose and ketone readings. When blood hits the test strip, it causes a chemical reaction that generates a measurable electrical current, allowing the device to calculate exact metabolite concentration.

You can pick one up on Amazon for $50 but I'd spend a little more for extra strips ($70). It comes with everything you need and self calibrates. It's way more reliable than the urin strips.

Honestly it sounds like you’re doin what you need to do. Slowly add in carbs. Biggest issue most have coming out of keto is thinking it means it’s time for sugar which just fucks them up.

You know the drill. Clean carb sources to give your body a chance to adjust
