Used a "Dry Sauna" post training?
I hear it has a lot of positives about it but unsure if Ill cook myself.

Yes, I last 15-20 min on max heat, heart rate would get up to 160 or so, I was also living at altitude when I was using it. Ive heard people say its essentially non impact cardio, or has some of the same effects. You can def suffer in there if you want to.

More times than I can count. Absolutely love the dry sauna with some eucalyptus spray and then a dip into the cool pool

It’s like a blow job for your entire body 😂

eh if you’re well hydrated then go for it I guess? I’d rather use the time for some stair master or getting home to eat sooner.

It’s a form of “non impact cardio” but solely from your heart rate increasing. It offers virtually none of the benefits of actual cardio due to lack of muscular and metabolic demands found with traditional cardio.

You could just force yourself to hyperventilate and also get an increase heart rate.

I'll use one from time to time. I'll do about 10-12 minutes. I've never consistently used one for a long period of time. I've decided to do a consistent run sitting in one for the next 6 months or so.

Just started back last week. I'm planning on doing 10 minutes 3 times a week.
