I typed the address from one of their ads that was in my private messages. Hammerandbell.site - all the text was in non-traditional English formatting like you would expect from a non-native English speaker. Not that it particularly matters; I’ve bought tons of crap from CN, I just like to know who I’m dealing with.

I turned off all the sigs in Tapatalk years ago because of the screen clutter and haven’t figured out how to turn them back on yet lol

Sir, we graciously sent you prize that you did not win, on the last contest, it was not sent immediately, but it was sent. The delivery service marked it delivered. You claimed you did not recieve it.

We offered to resend, to a different address, which you said you had available.
You decided to decline the offer of a reship on a freebie that was not owed in any way, other than our staff being kind enough to send you an item on a non-winning entry.

You stated you would take your business elsewhere. We stated that we understand and no hard feelings.

Then you requested that all of your "free" promotional posts in our subforum be deleted, which we also did, and notified you when the process had been completed.

Source-bashing is a bannable offense. If this type of posting continues, we will refer the matter to a moderator and admin for review.

We have been nothing but kind and respectful to you and this type of smearing will not be tolerated.

Sir, you entered a contest, your entry made the final drawing, a random number draw, you did not win. We sent a prize anyway, the prize was sent later than usual (that was our mistake) its marked delivered on tracking. We tried to send another prize, you declined it.

Making false claims of "outsourced customer sevice" making accusations of "hiding" are absolutely bashing, because those are LIES not FACTS.

I am the forum manager for HB, not the owner, I am American, I am not some hourly customer service agent in India 😄.
No one is hiding, we are right here discussing this with you out in the open forum.

Now, despite your continued poor behavior, I have been asked to make another attempt to resolve this situation.

No one owes you anything. Your prize that you DIDN'T WIN, was sent and is marked delivered.

You are not famous bodybuilder or celebrity, your "free promotions" are "free" just like every other member's TD posts and contest entries. No one pays you for your "promotions" here. Lets be real.

If you can humble yourself for a moment and pm us, I have a resolution to offer you on behalf of the ownership, that I believe will be satisfactory. 🙂

There is no dirty laundry sir, the contest was public, we told you on the public contest thread to pm us and we had a prize for the one entry you made because it was exceptional. We replied to your public bashing and complaints.

Apparently you aren't interested in anything except negativity.

There is no trial sir 😄

No, I worked for FT, they had 42 diff brands of shit, APG was 1 of those 42 brands. The owner died.

They are a legit Domestic Sponsor who seem to be doing very well if you ask me ...They go above and beyond for there customers . I talk to there reps all the time personally and professionally ...Even in everything I'm dealing with they were one of only a few sponsors who reached out to me personally with support 💪..Even before I went through this they were professional and easy to deal with
