Good morning to everyone, I was a big reseller for some of the major players or Labs whatever you want to call it. Unfortunately alot of them are gone. Im not sure if I can mention any of them so I wont at the moment. I go back about 25 yrs and now at 63 and a few back, neck and shoulder surgeries im hoping to get back in the game. Not the business but starting a cycle. I get pharmaceutical Test Cyp but of course id like to stack it, any suggestions guys cause I do know alot about gear but at this age I guess I want a quick fix lol..
 
after the last 4 years with me 2 neck surgeries and a back injury from slipped disc surgeries waiting I’ve kept lifting and the gym but not serious plus i ran out of test e that I had accumulated over the years and my other compounds when indid get serious again nearly all my stuff was gone and I just had to concentrate and regroup and figure out what I wanted to do from here out and I’ll be 60 in a couple months by then I wanna be back at the shape I was in at age 50 which was the best I’d ever been and I just made the decision to pull the triggers on the best cycles I had used in the past to get me back close to what I was
 
I am 66. Had 1 shoulder rebuilt, the other replaced, A couple metal rods in my back stenosis, spondylolisthesis, bulged, herniated disc etc Was back in the gym a week after all those surgeries doing what i could. My days over heavy lifting are past so are my days of bigger cycles. Test/primo is about all i do. 2/1 ish ratio. 250-350mg/week.
 
Glad I didn't start really lifting until I was 59 (61 now) I guess I avoided all those injuries LOL. BPC-157/TB-500 has kept my shoulder healthy, and all the other peptides must be working too. Just started another 500mg/week Test C cycle, week 7 add 600mg Primo, week 8 add 300mg Mast E and lower Test to 400. Carry through to last 4 weeks I add either Anavar or Tbol. Gained a lot of lean tissue since starting this journey, 30lbs so far. At least that is what has stayed on, now around 185, and Body fat around the same 10% ish according to Dexa.

Toying with Next cycle start of 350 Test C/350 DHB, we'll see how this cycle goes. Last cycle was a shit show, the first 8 weeks of Test and NPP were great, but I stopped the NPP to lose the water (all planned ahead) and added "500mg" Primo later and Mast P to cut. Turned out the Primo was fake and was also Mast P, so I was on 800mg/week Mast p :mad: and my e2 tanked hard. So I quit the cycle early.

It was a little thing over on Anabolex for a bit. That sponsor is still here on ASF too. I don't trust anyone but SB Labs now. SB posts their raws and the final product. And I have still sent off their gear to Jano myself. They are 100%.

Are all of these reported injuries from decades of lifting hard? Im gonna have to reconsider upping my blasts. You guys have a decade on me and are blasting off. Im making great gains on 200test 100NPP. Id love to try and double it. Im gonna run tren next. 100testP 50trenA EOD. I was concerned that might be a bit much, but after reading this, I am less concerned.

Anyone ever replaced Deca/NPP with Tren midway through their cycle? This cycle is a test to see how I respond to NPP. While it took 4 weeks to kick in, I can say that my body responds well. I figure I would use this last month to see how I respond to Tren. I know you shouldnt run the two at the same time, but is it alright to immediately substitute or should I just run test only for a couple weeks?

A way to reduce the risk of injury is to be smart about your training and don't "ego lift". Know your limits and stick to them plus being smart about form. You could alo use weights well lower than your max and just increase the reps per set.

I'm about to turn 62 and have already had my share of serious injury over the years.
 
I had a rotator cuff repair 15 years ago from benching. I always leave one in the tank doing compound lifts now, and I will never max out again. I go to failure on auxillaries making sure that I maintain proper form. I hope that this is a recipe to a lifetime in the gym. Do I leave gains on the table? For sure. I dont plan to compete though and as long as that trend continues in an upward motion, it will keep the motivation going. Getting weaker sucks...
 
The older I have gotten I have lowered my cycle amounts now that I run Test e Masteron P and NPP i tend to run Test E 500mg NPP 400-45mg and Masteron 400-500mg per week and not go into the really high doses and I get good resujts from lower does just my 2 cents

Same for me and my laundry list of injuries and surgeries. Pretty much just stick strictly to Test/NPP (or Deca) 300/300.

As we get older, not much fun in revving it until the engine blows and being down for a rebuild, then repeat. Slow and steady wins the race.

Nothing wrong with an experienced user taking both Tren and NPP together. Add a little Test and Mast and you have a recipe for success! Although I have decided to swap the Tren/NPP with Ment (Trestolone) and I actually like it better.

Honestly, I would say Ment feels basically like Tren mixed with NPP. No sides to speak of at 20-25mg a day.

Thank you I have not heard of Ment. I decided to just pull the plug at 8 weeks with just the NPP, cruise through the summer, and then experiment with something else, and this Ment sounds interesting. How much test do you run with 20-25mg daily? Ill have to find a source. I don't recall seeing it on Dutch's menu.
 
I've been training since I was 12. I only missed workouts for injuries or illness pretty much. I have mild to moderate but stable degeneration in pretty much all my joints and one knee has been replaced. i did martial arts competitively until my early 30s and then trained at elite camps until my late 40s. I'm 64. So, like Louie Simmons said "you race cars you're gonna get some dents". I gained 50+ lbs in mass from training over the years from 27 to ~50 plus gained ~25 lbs naturally before that if I count from adulthood.

I never really dosed high. 1500 mg total as really the peak for me. most of my cycles were 1000 mg or less and when I was using during martrial arts I really only used enough for recovery and a little strength, ~ 300 mg/w and i still ended up putting on 30 lbs of mass and over 20 lbs stuck on me when I went off for 10 years. So, i really don't think it's necessary to dose high if you are even above average in mass gaining genetics as long as your train hard and eat.

I don't train heavy as I use to. Weights are lower and I "feel" the weights more and use a wider rep range now. I have to do periods of active rest when my joints are especially sore. I try very hard to keep my estrogen in the upper point of normal or a little higher, which helps my joints. 100 mg/w deca part of the year helps as well.

So more to the point of the OP question. What do I use at 64? I don't just jump on. I start lower and go up. I use Test, Primo, Masteron and nandrolone. I might add in either Turinabol or Anavar. I start at ~ 300 mg and go up to ~ 900-1000 mg by the end. Example would be

Sustanon 300 mg/w
Primo 225 mg/w
Deca 100 mg/w
Anavar 40 mg/d

Another

Test E 300 mg/w
Masteron 300 mg/w
Deca 100 mg/w
Turanabol 40 mg/d

I should add I get bloods done 2-3 times a year and arragne use to keep everything in normal range or very close. my resting pulse is in the low 60s and my BP currently is ~115/75. My EKG was normal last visit. Do things smart and you will make a very old good looking corpse in the end.

Do you use an AI at all, or just roll with it since you like being in the upper range?
 
No AI. Why would i use an AI when testing shows me in a good place?
I wasn't sure which is why I asked. You must be in excellent shape to be able to process what you consider a small run. Thats about 4x as heavy as my blasts. Congrats brother.
 
Maybe add some GH on top of your test base, then add other compounds in after you get dialed in, Masteron or even EQ (pending on your labs/bloods)
 
Congratulations to you that you can get accomplished what you want with 200-250 mg/w of androgens.
I could do a lot better. This is all new for me. I am only a year in. Ive only tried test and NPP so far, but over 300mg, I need an AI. I still have a good 10% bodyfat to shed. Tren is up next. The gains come slowly but surely.

I wouldn’t recommend tren, it's typically better suited for pre-contest use, and you’re still pretty new to this.

The lower your body fat percentage, the easier it is to manage without needing an AI at certain doses. That said, everyone responds differently, and some people just aromatize a lot more than others.

That's why I mentioned Mast or EQ.... and Primo.
