Another day another session another meal another opportunity!!!
Got in for some Push this morning before work. Session went well. Although I seem to be stuck at the current weight on incline press and haven’t been able to progress from this weight. Keep failing on my last rep or 2. Just something to keep working on Been at the same weight for quite awhile on shoulder press but definitely feel myself getting better there and owning the weight more each session so only a matter of time until I toss another 2.5 or 5lbs on and move up. Gotta watch my shoulders though as they can act up sometimes.
Other than that everything going great just more of the same.

Finally broke back into the 200 club lol was 202 on the dot this week up 3lbs from last week. Waiting to hear from what the play is for the week from coach.
Rest day from training but got in for cardio and abs this morning before work.
What’s up fellas. Little late update today had to get a bunch of shit done this morning.
‘Twas leg day today, had a wonderful session. Progress across the board. Last few session I have been getting stuck on my last set of lying leg extensions.. well today the weight moved like a hot knife through butter. It felt so easy I literally had to check to stack to make sure that I was in the right hole ( story of my life haha) anyway that was a good feeling and a sign things are moving in the right direction.
Updates from coach were that we hold this week and run the same game plan again. No need to push too much food at me too quickly. Have a good feeling about what’s to come in this next year. Expecting some pretty major progress.
Having my free meal tonight. Made up 2lbs of homemade ground beef breakfast sausage that I am going to cook up in patties with some eggs and caramelized onions. Then make some French toast with keto bread and make breakfast burgers drizzled with sugar free maple syrup. Should be delicious and making it at home I can control the ingredients and avoid any unnecessary bullshit and keep it bodybuilding friendly.
