What’s up, everyone?

Finally getting around to starting this thread to track my progress, share my experience with PSL, and keep myself accountable as I kick off this next chapter.

A quick bit of backstory: I hit a major life turning point recently after going through a divorce. I decided it was time to hit the reset button across the board, locked in on my lifestyle, and have already dropped a good chunk of weight. I’m feeling a hell of a lot better, but I’m nowhere near done.

I was originally getting my TRT through a standard doctor/clinic setup, but after doing some research and weighing my options, I made the switch over to PSL. So far, the experience on the customer side has been smooth, but I know the real test comes down to numbers and how I feel.

My goal for this thread is to:
  • Share my honest, unfiltered experience with PSL’s quality and service.
  • Post my upcoming bloodwork results to let the numbers speak for themselves.
  • Log my ongoing fitness progress as I keep dialing things in.
Appreciate the community here and looking forward to getting to know you guys. Bloods and current baseline stats will be up soon!

Awesome that's what I'm talking about no better way to get over hurdles in life then to lock the fucc in and kill it. Glad to see u chose psl. Stay after it big bro I wana see the progression.

2nd PSL blood test results in - Looking for E2 feedback

What is up, everyone?

Back with an update on my thread. I just got my second set of bloods back since switching from my old TRT clinic over to PSL.

I’m running 200mg/week of Test Cyp (split 100mg Monday and Thursday). Overall I’m feeling good and the numbers seem strong, but my estrogen is higher than I’d like. Since I’ve got two different tests done since the switch, I wanted to lay them out and get some feedback from you guys. Is this E2 jump normal for a 200mg protocol, or is it time to add something to manage it?

Here is the breakdown of both pulls:

07/04 Draw (1st test - Tuesday morning, 1 day post-pin):
  • Total T : 1,116
  • Free T : 405.03
  • Estrogen: 60.8
  • SHBG: 9.40
08/22 Draw (2nd test - Saturday, 2 days post-pin):
  • Total T : 1,157 (+3%)
  • Free T : 388.3 (-4%)
  • Estrogen: 67 (+10%)
  • SHBG: 8.56 (-8%)
Curious to see what you guys make of the trend. Appreciate any feedback!

This looks like there could be some cross reactivity, because your shbg is low, plus all the numbers seem to be on point.

Next time try doing a sensitive LC MS for your estrogen.

Another quick PSL update – Touchdown, stable bloods, and next steps

Hey everyone,

Wanted to drop a quick update on my experience with PSL so far.

Ordered my latest Test Cyp *******" Smooth process, zero hassle.

Beyond the fast turnarounds, the main thing for me is product quality, and the bloodwork I just posted speaks for itself. My levels are stable, reliable, and exactly where they need to be. No issues or complaints at all.

For my next post on this thread, I'll be sharing my current baseline stats and physique photos so you guys can follow along with the physical transformation. I'm also thinking about kicking off an actual cycle soon under the guidance of a PSL expert to take things to the next level.

Appreciate the support from everyone following along!

Looks good

Not really a trend man. Just another set of bloods. If you had multiple sets of bloods after the 1st then you could start to establish a possible trend. These are also pulled at different times.

Bloodwork is just a snap shot in time.

Thanks for the input! Would you recommend drawing blood at same time every time?

Another quick PSL update – Touchdown, stable bloods, and next steps

Hey everyone,

Wanted to drop a quick update on my experience with PSL so far.

Ordered my latest Test Cyp last Friday (08/21) and had it in hand by Thursday (08/27). Smooth process, fast shipping, and zero hassle.

Hey brother. For the safety of everyone involved, I would not post TD dates and photos of the shipment packaging.
Happy to follow your journey though.

85lb weight loss down, ready for my first cycle (Need recomp advice)

Hey everyone!

Wanted to share my progress and get some advice on setting up my first true cycle.

First, a quick background: I’ve been on TRT for 3 years. After going through a separation and a major life reset (left the corporate world, had to start over, and am now working blue-collar), I finally got my diet and discipline in check. Over the past year, I’ve been eating better, eating less (having no money helps, lol), and the weight has melted off. I've dropped 85 lbs so far.

Current Stats & Protocol:
  • Age: 29
  • Height: 5’9”
  • Starting Weight: 280 lbs
  • Current Weight: 195 lbs
  • BF: 23%
  • Protocol: 200mg/week Test Cyp (Pinned 100mg Monday/Thursday)
  • Time on TRT: 3 years
My Goal:

I want to lean out, drop the remaining body fat (I’m not sure exactly what my BF% is right now), and fill out my frame with lean muscle. Basically, I'm going for that hard, lean look.

Since I already have a stable base with my 200mg/wk Test Cyp, what would you guys recommend for a solid beginner cycle to help with body recomposition?

I have before and current photos, if someone could let me know if I am allowed to post them (don’t want to mess up again) that will be helpful. I will obviously hide my identity.
