Hey all, I posted a couple months ago and got absolutely CLOWNED for my proposed cycle, so I figured I’d share the results with you all to show that this can certainly work. I got so much out of this, full post with pics and bloodwork results below:
Regimen
I have completed a cycle of:
Physical Results
Pre-Regimen

Post-Regimen

I lift very hard in the gym, usually to all out failure with relatively low systemic to local fatigue ratio exercises (i.e. choosing incline smith press over barbell bench, pendulum squat over high bar squat, etc) that's why I was a bit upset with my natty results and thought I needed a bit of a hormonal boost.
I am sure there are others here who are 7x more jacked than me, but these results have been staggering to me. I've gained so much vascularity and definition while simulatenously losing stubborn fat (lower abdomen) that I've had since 11 years old.
I've received several compliments in person and in my social media accounts, so the external validation is proof this combo worked for me.
Bloodwork

I have received so much criticism in my last post about how my bloodwork would be fucked using this combo, how my T would CRASH, how HCG is too weak to save me, how my cholesterol would be fucked, how I would shutdown all of my hormonal production, how my liver would be fucked, yadada you name it.
However as you can see, my bloodwork came back relatively good.
MY FREE TESTOSTERONE DOUBLED
This was not something I expected, I was expecting to lose maybe 20% of my T with the concomitant use of HCG, however I gained about 18% of Total T and 100% of free T.
Other important notes:
PCT
I meet with my doctor this Friday and will discuss PCT options. Until then, I am continuing HCG daily dosing to keep my T pumping. Based on what I've read, Enclo seems to be a good option to kickstart my LH and FSH production while still maintaining high testosterone levels.
It does make me nervous as the perceived feelings while on enclo seem to be largely negative. You are telling your brain you are low on estrogen, and there may be neural signals sent as a result that contribute to the negative psych/physical feelings.
Curious to see what they recommend. I do want to keep my testosterone at these levels since I am experiencing benefits in ALL areas of my life - work confidence, energy, motivation, enjoyment, intensity in the gym, physical results, etc. But I do not want to go on exogenous T due to the impacts on the endogenous T production from the testicles. It's always nice to have the option to have more kids, and I know I could just take HCG with T, but we shall see...
Negative Side Effects
Not much, I was expecting a lot more given I was told my T would crash and HCG wouldn't save me.
The main side effect was some hair shedding at temples as I've been receding here for almost 10 years now. I was using minoxidil and RU58841 during this cycle so the shedding very well could have been from that. It has stopped momentarily, and I plan on continuing to use this hair regimen for the foreseeable future.
Back acne also was prevalent which was super annoying however it's not yet beach/pool season, so no real issue here. It's already clearing up quite well, I have been using benz peroxide and salicylic acid 1-2 times per day in addition to tretinoin and clindamycin on the actual nodules.
Summary
I don't want to say this was life changing, but it certainly opened my eyes to how much gains you can make when you dial in your hormones. My T levels are nothing special, but compared to what they were before, it had to be the reason for my gains. I didn't really change much in my training, I pushed hard and increased my lifts and yes maybe there was a tad placebo as the thought of being enhanced let me grind out some extra reps and sets, but this combo did positively change my physique.
It is a lighter dosing regimen, so maybe next time I will try bumping up the dose and seeing how that goes. I'd love to try it again in the summer time as long as my LDL comes back down under 90. That's the one thing that makes me a bit nervous, CVD is no joke, and it's a cumulative exposure game over the long run.View attachment 264817

This was not something I expected, I was expecting to lose maybe 20% of my T with the concomitant use of HCG, however I gained about 18% of Total T and 100% of free T.
Other important notes:
- My SHBG lowered but didn't crash
- AST and ALT slightly elevated but generally still in range, I've had worse readings when getting bloods a few days after drinking alcohol. This should go down in the next few dats
- LDL did increase but very minorly
- HDL did decrease but very minorly, both should bounce back
- Estradiol did double which is expected from the HCG, but I feel great on this. Much more vital than before, and whenever T increases and SHBG decreases, this is expected. I think high Estradiol induced negative effects is pretty overblown, based on what I've read a lot of the negative feelings from enhanced lifters is LOW E2, not high. Everyone is different, sure, but E2 does have an important role. No gyno experienced, no mood swings, so I am not very concerned. Would I like to have more dryness? Of course, but it's not a deal killer for me and I still have very good vascularity (can now see veins in my pelvic area
) - Glucose is the lowest I've ever had it, I am very shocked as I am taking 2-3IU of HGH. However I followed a super strict clean diet while on this combo to avoid excessive LDL impacts. I minimized fats to somewhere around 25-35g per day, prioritizing lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole grain carbs, greek yogurts, etc. I think this helped play a big role. Also I lift very intensely for high reps, so I get the benefits of cardio during resistance training sessions which is verified by my wearable's data.
- LH and FSH obviously crashed since HCG is doing the work, but this is not important to me. Enclo will bring it back.
