I just ordered a kit to start HGH, what can I expect as far as results? I would like to try it out to help with my sleeping issues and help burn a little bit of fat and hopefully grow some new muscle. One of the main reasons I am looking into it is to repair my tendinitis, but I hear mixed reviews on if it will help for that .some people say it helps collagen synthesis and helps repair tendons and some people say it causes joint pain or tendon pain. some people say it leans you out and some people say it makes you bloat and gives water retention. I used to think that HGh was taboo and never felt a need for it but now that I’m in my 40s I am willing to try it out I am also nervous about my gut and organs growing out of control . I plan on taking two Iu on off days and use 4 iu on workout days to try and stretch it out ,I work out five times a week on average.I’m currently cruising on 300-350 mg of total androgens at the moment, 200-250 test c and 100 mg drostanalone e per week. I have about a 50 day supply of gh to decide if it’s something I want to stick with or not. Just wanted to hear some feedback from people who have used it before and if they think the benefits outweigh the risks. Would any benifits be felt or seen after 50 days of use?

Takes a month to get going with it, but sleep may improve right away. I have no idea why you are dosing like that. Run 2iu ED Pre-bed. You don't need to jump to 4iu.

And guts and organs getting out of control at 2-4iu? Causes tendon pain? You need to stop watching wherever you're getting this nonsense from. "Some say, he says, etc."

Would take 10 min of research to answer your questions.

Been researching but getting mixed info from different studies. that’s why I’m asking personal experiences from people who’ve used it . I’d love to only use two iu and stretch it but a lot of people say that 2 iu is your body’s normal growth hormone production and that it’s pointless to use less than four. I really don’t know that’s why I’m asking.
I was also planning on taking it before bedtime

The people that tell you more is better more often than not have that in their head and they have some sort of addictive personality.

Start low and slowly work your way up until the sides hit and your body tells you to back off. Do 2iu for a month then go to 2.5-3 for a month.

You need to research but stop researching wherever you were researching and research in other places and figure out how to separate good info from bad without asking here. You should be able to complete this task in 10 minutes. sarcasm 😄

That’s what I was trying to do, but there was contradictions in my research due to the sources I was researching, so I decided to research here but was instructed to research other sources of research, but I came to this conclusion in 12 minutes of researching

I started early November at 2IU. Sleep was quick to improve as Ketchup said. About a month in I started noticing mild feelings in my hands. I’ve slowly worked up to 4IU that I started the other day. Just my personal experience thus far.

I think I was up to 3IU at that point. I wouldn’t say numb by any means, but more of the carpal tunnel feeling. However, it’s not bad, just noticeable. I wouldn’t say it’s got any worse since I started 4IU yet either. As for other effects, I can’t honestly say anything that I’ve noticed just yet.

The answer is nothing. I genuinely believe the sleep aid from it is placebo in many, not saying it doesn’t help at all in that regard, but please people swear after a few days on it. Far as burning fat or building new muscle one kit won’t do that either and fix your tendonitis, you guessed it…. Won’t do that either.

The best answer.
Expect nothing but be prepared for side effects.

Astro & Coach are spot on. You'll need to run GH for 6 - 9 months to truly see the effects. In the end its generally worth the time, effort & daily pin cushioning yourself. If You cannot see yourself running it everyday for that long (or longer) don't bother.

such an old myth lmao first time i took hgh my physique was changing weekly my body started recomping getting leaner and also putting on muscle while eating in calorie deficit shit was magic

I’m pinning bpc every night so I don’t mind adding a little more to the syringe,at 2 iu I should have enough for 2.5 months to test it out and see if I like it.

Another question, does gh have any synergy as far as insulin sensitivity and fat burning with Reta ?

Personally don’t mix anything with my Gh. I recommend taking 2 separate shots
Reta will help keep your glucose down while running gh.

I'm using GH for the first time. 49yo. Started about 8 weeks ago almost a day after I had a rotator cuff surgery and a bicep tear repair.
Started at 2iu. Bumped up by 1iu almost each week. At 6iu a night now.
What I haven't noticed is improved sleep. My sleep sucks already and this didn't help.
What I have noticed is fluid retention and numb/tingling hands when I sleep. I already had a prescription for a diuretic and I'll take that to alleviate some of the water weight which has helped with the numbness and tingling in my hands. It's also started to get better just by staying at the same dose and not making anymore increases.
I've also bumped up my calories from around 1800-2000 to around 2800-3000. I feel like I've been able to keep BF % down despite increasing food intake.
I also feel like my recovery from 2 pretty serious injuries is ahead of schedule.
I do attribute that to the GH, but will be interested to see how things go now that I started KLOW about 3 days ago.
I'm on the GH train and plan to be for the long haul.

Good advice from smart experienced dudes in here. Start low and slow you can always go up. 1-2iu per night about an hour before bed is my sweet sweet spot for overall health benefits, sleep improvement, fat burn. But it took 8 weeks or so for me to adjust and then really feel and see it. First few months it fucked up my sleep because I was taking too much, too soon.

Agree placebo is 100% real, but plenty of studies show exogenous gh given to deficient individuals pre-bed will lower cortisol making falling asleep and hitting stage 3 of the sleep cycle doe longer periods (deep sleep) more easily. Hence leading to improved sleep. Of course this is over time.

Just a thought.

2-3iu every day

It's not going to help with tendinitis. It may actually cause joint pain.

The sleep aspect is hit or miss. It can make users tired at higher doses, but that doesn't translate to better sleep.

Over 40 you should see benefits like improved skin and better recovery with maybe a slight help with body composition after an extended time of use.

It's a long term thing .... 6 months minimum to get and see/feel the positives and, I personally don't typically recommend it unless there's a very long term commitment to use.

Keep at it bro, your physique will change weekly and you will start putting on muscle in a deficit. Also, HGH is know for creating a svelte waist. You will start seeing massive improvements after just a vial or two. :ROFLMAO:

This is correct! The best benefits happen even further down the line than that. Year 1-2 bring big changes and 2-3 is even better

Agree start at 2iu pre bed if your looking for help with sleep

Dose is way too high. Raising it like that doesn't make the positive effects happen faster, just the negatives.

All peptides work best when fasting, so morning is ideal, provided you didn't eat late and destroy your sleep cycle. You should not eat 3-4 hours before bed, so your gut has time to break everything down before you fell asleep. I highly suggest Dr Matthew Walker's book and videos on sleep. It is all about habits

I usually eat my last meal around 9. GH is taken around 3 hours later when I go to sleep or when I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.
I'll dial it back to 4iu. Thanks for responding.

Exogenous GH has nothing to do with meal timing...its exogenous.
That changes when you are using an GH secretagogue peptide where carbs can blunt the GH pulse/bleed.
But again, you can shoot exo GH anytime (as long as the dose isn't massssive)

wish i could afford it lol

I love GH for the sleep improvement, enhanced recovery and general sense of well being. I'm a hyper, anxious person, and I feel more relaxed. My joints however probably feel worse and even at very low doses my hands suffer from worse circulation. It's 24 degrees today where I live so my hands went numb during my run. I'm at about 6 months of low dose (2-3iu/day) use. I'm sensitive so 3iu is my max dose and 2 seems more sustainable if I decide to use it very long term.
I have learned that quality matters and have distinctly different experiences on different sources' growth. There is a difference in quality between generics. Do your research on this site and you'll know who to buy from.
I saw benefits after about 60 days. Growth isn't magic but it's a nice addition whether you're an anti-aging, fitness trt+ guy like me or much more advanced.

Reta will help keep your glucose down while running gh.
If you're running low dose 1-2iu, should you be able to control blood glucose through diet? Hoping to avoid taking anything for that. I will be monitoring my glucose as well
