Looking to start my first NPP cycle. I’ve been on Test Cyp(300 mg a week, pinned EOD) since last November and currently looking to add some size, after losing 60 pounds.

My question is… If I ran 200 mg a week of NPP, what would I need my Test at? Have seen so many different answers and I’m confused now. Do I double my test, keep it the same as my NPP or can I keep it at 300 mg a week?

Also, would 200 mg a week of NPP be enough to make a noticeable difference, or would I basically just be wasting money at that low of a dose? I’m in the gym M-F and my diet is pretty well locked in, so wanting to find the spot where I can make good gains, but not have to worry too much about sides, if that makes sense.

Thank you all in advance. Really new and trying to learn as much as possible.

You can run NPP up closer to 1:1 with your Test because its more forgiving than Deca. 300/200 is reasonable for your first round and you could probably bump to 300/300. NPP is on the conservative side of anabolics so keep expectations realistic for a 12-16 week cycle. It's not tren and its not gonna turn you into a mass monster. Make sure you're eating in a caloric surplus but you should be able to put on some noticeable size. Keep up with your bloodwork. Control your E2 and if its your first cycle with 19-Nors, watch your prolactin too. NPP and Test is a super common intro cycle with little to no side effects at all. Search the forum, youll find hundreds of threads.

I agree always start low and see how you respond so you have somewhere to go from there.

When people try a new compound at a high dose they will never see the benefits of a lower dose. They think they need that much every time and that’s usually not the case…

Amen!

They think if alot is good, more is better, then too much is just right.

Not the case. If you are getting results on 200, you don't need 300.

Thank you for your response.

Would an 8-12 week cycle be sufficient or would that be too quick of a cycle? Messed around and tried to google all my questions, but ended up with more questions, confusion and no answers. 🤦🏻

I do monthly bloodwork now with Rythm(trying to find a better one since it caps my test and free at 1400 and I can’t get an actual number), so my numbers are dialed in now also.

I’ve read some comments involving “Caber”, is that something I should take from the get-go, or side dependent?

Add that 200mg to your test. See how YOU respond.
Not trying to sound dumb here, but I’ll admit I don’t have much knowledge at all about this…

I’ll be 40 in November. Didn’t really take my fitness and diet serious until November of last year. Therefore I’m really still in the “foundation” phase, if that makes sense. I’ve made really solid progress just from Test and Reta. Dropped fat, but I’ve also added more muscle than I’ve ever had.

Soooo, would adding that 200 to my T and making it 500 mg a week make as much/better progress than adding 200 NPP?

No, hell no. Don't take caber, unless your prolactin is high. You could start taking P5P daily to help with potential prolactin. Get it from Amazon.

8 weeks on NPP is a waste of money. First cycle, 12 weeks. If bloodwork is good and you don't have sides, go 16 weeks.

Trying to do things the logical and sensible way instead of just blasting high amounts from the start. I actually started on 206+- mg a week of test c in October. In March of this year, I went up to 300 a week and that’s where I’m still at currently.

I’ll be 40 in March, so trying to “add” some time to my life instead of taking anything away.

For sure bro, makes complete sense and you’re doing it right. Start at the 200 for a while and work your ass off with a good diet 💪🏼

Greatly appreciate you! Definitely helped me out already. 💪🏻
