First Cycle of Anabolism Steroids - Please , Help !!

Hello ,

I have been reading online threads, watching documentaries and reading as much as i can on steroids from July 2012.

I am 23 and i am 140 lbs and yes Sir i am an ECTOMORPH . I have been working out for past 2 years and i have gained 20 pounds muscle to my total weight. Initially in June 2011 when i started working out i was 120 lbs only.

I take 5 to 6 meals in a day ranging in between 2900 calories to 3500 calories.

Meal 1 - Solid Food
Meal 2 - Whey Protein
Meal 3 - Solid Food
Meal 4 - Whey Protein
Meal 5 - Solid dinner ( mostly meat )
Meal 6 - + Snack
I have tried increasing my diet more but it just didn't work .As a first time user. I need help i have researched i think i want to start with " Anadrol Anapolon 50 " ( Orally ). I am preffering this method because as a beginner i wouldn't have to worry injecting my self because i don't really know how all that will work out. Anadrol Anapolon this has a strong effect on liver but i have read a few people experience on different forums and mostly stated it wasn't so bad.

Things i need help on:

-Cycle details ( how many tablets should i take and how should i gradually increase )
-What else is good to take with this for beginners first time users
-What else should i buy in advance for any possible side effects
-A good site where i can buy it ? there are just so many out there hard to to choose

Little more Info on my self :

through out my teenager years i have wore full arm t shirts just because i felt ashamed to show my arms ( I felt i am too skinny ) . From past two years i have been on a very good diet with whey protein also. With the use of Whey protein i have gained 20 pounds. Next year is my final year in college , I will turn 24 this Thanks Giving , i am grown up man and i want to look like man so i have been training but even after 6 meals a day that's the most i am able to stretch my self to my efforts are in vain.


I get a lot of cuts on my body by working out because i literally don't have much fat on my. I didn't think of taking steroid up until last year because people just keep on passing point about how i need to eat more even though i am eating all day. My primary care provided keep on telling me as far as i am not going below my BMI i don't need to worry about my weight.
 
So I assume you are wanting to put on more muscle. First off I am going to say this EAT MORE FOOD. Saying "But Slider, I eat 6 times a day at XXXX amount of calories, I am eating a TON of food", I am just going to reply with "No you're not". Plus a calorie does not = a calorie. 1 stick of butter is like 1,500 calories where as 27oz of chicken is roughly 1,500 of calories (and around 225g of protein). So what you're eating is going to dictate on whether or not you're going to be putting on muscle or burning off the food you just ate. Shoot for 300+ grams of protein, around 250g Carbs, and keep your far moderate.
 
Yes , i agree with you on eating more helps in most cases but i am to the point where i just can't stretch my meals more. Even the protein shakes seems to do none good.

I am just looking to put up about 25 to 30 pounds. I am going to use the Anabolic Steroid any way this month or by first week of next month. I am hoping at least some one with experience in the field could guide me .

I am just going to say its seems if maybe you did a little more research and adjusted your diet some that you could see the gains that you are looking for. Then after research and some more research you could move to test E with maybe an oral.
Just please don't take this lightly. If your diet and workouts are not in check you will potentially loose what you gain and risk hurting yourself. There are a lot of great people here with a lot of know how. There are also a ton of great articles here to learn from. Go to the diet section and see what you can find there to help. Again not trying to bust your bubble but there are no shortcuts long term! Good luck!!
 
if you are not ready for needles your not ready gear. keep researching and focus on overall food volume and quality. if you want to look like a 200lb man then you have to eat like a 200lb man. If your going to use it anyway you will most likely loose the majority of your gains if you run Adrol by itself..you seriously need a test base.

I have did my research that's why i want expert advice on "
Anadrol Anapolon 50 " and i have been eating like a man. 6 meals a day with a good solid protein intake .

Through out the forum searches i found answers like this every time some one is asking about a specific steroid there will be a bunch of guys telling that person to eat like man. It makes sense that you guys do this because you don't want kids to abuse them so badly . But listen up people i am not a stupid teenager i am almost 24 . And all i am looking for is advice on " Anadrol Anapolon 50 mg first time steroid user result experience or possible info on what kind of precautions to consider.

Instead of getting answer or any help what i am getting is just every other person gets out on forums is bunch of people sitting telling what to do instead of answering some one's major questions .

You've been reading about steroids since you started lifting weights? 20 lbs in 2 years is a pretty good start but there are so many things in your post that say you aren't ready. If you cant gain wait off cycle why do you think you will be able to keep anything you gain? If you eat 3,500 calories and are unable to grow(which i doubt) then eat 4,000. Give that a month or two. No gain? Make it 4500. Until you grasp this concept and can put it to work you are just wasting your time and money in my opinion. Every question you have asked can be answered with a search of "anadrol".

My recommendations on your cycle even with all of these short-comings. 4-6 weeks anadrol 50/75/100/100 etc. Find an AI you like and use it throughout. Liver support is recommended but no necessary. Nolva or clomid(or both) for pct. If you cant be swayed from this then at least do it right and run a test e cycle.

I have yet to meet anyone that was incapable of "looking like a man" given they put in the work. Sadly most are not willing to do that. If you want critique on your diet and/or workout routine then throw it up here. I guarantee that will get you farther than an anadrol cycle.
 
I gotta go with slider on this. You say your getting average of three thousand calories off three meals because the most you r getting out of three protein shakes is maybe 1000 calories and that's if your using whole milk. That means in three real food meals your only getting 2000 calories. Those aren't meals. I get well over a thousand calories at breakfast. I drink two protein shakes a day sometimes one. I pre cook my meals and freeze them. Atleast I mean at bare minimum 1 pound of meat a day. Dude you need 5000 calories a day. and forget the protein shakes I mean use them but that's not were your going to gain. Its going to be in all the meals you force down Yes force down you wont be hungry but you have to eat any way you will feel sick and wont want to eat you got to eat any way. Alright now to anadrol. It is a great aas I love it. Go ahead take it put on 20 pound in 4 to 6 weeks get strong as fuck then lose it all quit going to the gym because your depressed and cant lift the same weight and feel even skinnier then before. That is a fact that it will happen just like that. You are young and will be cheating yourself if you do an anadrol cycle right now. Get a calorie counting app find a meal plan at 3500 calories a day. eat that for a month I promise it will be hard and you will think how do guys eat so much. because if you want it you will do whatever it takes. next month up it to 4500 calories. In two monthes if you havnt put on weight and di it honestly and not lie to yourself. If you don't gain weight with that go see a dr because you have other issues. From the bottom of my heart if you do this you will be happy if you do this. People will say bro what are you taking and you will be able to smile and say food. good luck

I'll agree with what everyone post from first hand experience. I was EXACTLY like you.. a twig at 110lbs who got tired of being skinny. I worked my ass off doing the starting strength program and gained 15lbs in 3 months. After getting to 150lbs I made the mistake of taking prohormones. Got strong and big even with a shit diet (appetite was supressed) did pct, lost all my gains, got depress and got smaller and weaker than when i started, so immediately I started the next cycle. Got even bigger and even stronger and was able to keep 10lbs, but again I got depressed because I was no where near as strong as while on PHs so i hopped on AGAIN! I knew all the risks but it became an addiction. Finally after over a year of non-stop cycling I called it quits. Threw everything out and continued my pct. Focused on nutrition and dieting along with workout form. Just a few months after I just as strong and big as I was during the peak of my cycle, but without the bloat and worried feeling of coming off.

Sorry for the long read, but hopefully this will help you to change your mind. Everyone's right when they say diet and nutrition EVERYTHING. If you cycle now you will definitely lose all your gains and more once you get off the cycle. The best way I've found to get big is to actually count your calories; buy a food scale, weigh you're foods, count your macros. Do that and you will see that you're most likely not eating as much as you think you are. Keep at it 100% for a month and you will definitely see gains and get MUCH stronger and bigger. Doing this takes longer, but the gains are more solid, long lasting, and you will feel a lot more confident and achievement
