First Cycle Advice. Tren and Test.

I know this is a beaten horse of a topic but I feel in all the posts I’ve read they don’t pertain to my certain situation. I’m already dead set on running this cycle and have already started. I just figured I’d post to see what any veterans have as far as advice for doing it as safe as possible and getting the most out of it as well.

MYSELF/BF HISTORY:
I’m 21 years old, BW 185. About 4 months ago I was 220, and decided to change my lifestyle for the better. I lift every morning 6 days a week and try to hit HIIT cardio every night but at least 3 times a week. Blood Pressure as of last week before starting cycle was 116/70. Or maybe it was 116/76, can’t remember, either way the nurse said it looked really good.

Calorie count daily: ranges from 1400-2000.
I eat very clean, Whole Foods, lots of veggies, only lean meats. The occasional fast food every other week or so when out with friends. I don’t drink, but do smoke marijuana at night as it’s legal where I am.

For work I am a plumber, I spent 1.5 years digging trenches and running a jack hammer every day for 10 hours a day. The last year or so has more been me driving around due to me going from apprentice to plumber.

I used to always been a VERY large kid, but was also very active. Til highschool and then I ballooned up to 320 at my highest weight. I got down to a solid 280 and kept there until last year. I got down stomach issues from eating fast food every day and dropped down to 220-230 just from not eating much at all. Lost a lot of muscle in that time as well I feel.

Now after excercising and eating clean, I’m down to 185 with lots of loose skin, still some titties that point to the floor, and a stomach flap that still slightly bulges. But I do fit into a size L shirt for the first time since 4th grade! Ive got decent muscles in my shoulders and arms. Basically I still have a good 25 lbs to drop I feel before I’m rid of all that body fat.

CYCLE IM RUNNING:
after expressing some interest in maybe running a cycle or something small to see how it effects weight loss, a friend of my coworker who is a bodybuilder said that he would put me on Tren and test, and that my heart can handle it just fine because I use to weigh 300lbs. I’m running

50ml tren every Monday & Thurs
along with
100mg rest every Monday and Thursday at same time in same needle

I started this past Monday.
After 2 weeks of that he said to jump to

100mg tren A every mon, wed, fri with
100mg of test C every mon wed fri
As well as taking 1mg of arimidex every day

I only have 2 vials of each and the cycle will only last me about 5 weeks.

ADVICE:
This guy gave me bad vibes from the start, like the same vibes as buying weed in the 2000s. Kinda shady, doesn’t really answer ur questions. he was getting my coworker the same stuff so I believe it’s decent quality, because his close friend(my coworker) is running the same cycle as me. But, he told me it would be a 3 month cycle, and after purchasing I did the math on the vials and it’s only enough for 5 weeks. As well as I payed $480 for 4 vials total (2 of tren A 1000mg per) (2 of test C 2000mgper). I know dude overcharged me, won’t buy from him again.

but now I’m kinda stuck cuz he doesn’t answer questions and I wanted some other bodybuilders input on this cycle. My questions:

Should I be in caloric deficit or surplus or maintenance to lose fat and gain muscle?
(I know that’s not possible normally but I hear tren allows that to be possible)

Should I do ED instead of mon,wed,fri?

Is this a decent cycle and is the arimidex really going to stop me from having bad sides.

Also, and I know this may be a definite yes, but am I really fucking up my natural T production forever by running a 1 months cycle?

For starters, good luck with 50 ml of tren 2X a week. :ROFLMAO:

I'd almost go as far to say you don't need any PEDs right now, just stack on what you can naturally but seems you are bent and already in motion. I get you are actually on low dose tren but tren for a first cycle is not advised or needed.

First cycles are normally just test only for most. 200 mg a test a week yeah, you will see results but you are shutting down your system for not a lot in return. I'd go test only at 300 or 350 mg a week. Others would say 500 but I'm not in that camp. I actually started steroids at your age and 250 a week for me worked quite well but I tend to be a hyper responder.

How tall are you? Seems to me you can put on a good muscle base before hitting the PEDs too hard.
 
Why would you just run a 1 month cycle? What are your goals and what do you expect to see? In my opinion, I’d tell you don’t do the cycle if it’s only for a month.

Test C should be injected 2x a week at your split dose. Tren A is at least EOD at 50mg (for beginners)

I highly recommend a test only cycle for your first go

You’ve been given horrible advice! Under absolutely NO circumstances should you be using Tren on a first cycle.

At 21 yrs old your money best spent is on a training coach and nutritionist.

Your entire protocol is bad and should be stopped immediately!
 
So basically as soon as your receptors are saturated you are going to end your cycle? Basically just crashing your hormones, and destroying your health for almost no gains. You could get a 10 pack of test with an ai on here for 130$ dollars less and run 500 for 12 weeks and actually achieve something. You hurt my head, but after you crash and burn a good life lesson will be learned. Guessing you don’t have caber just in case your tits start to grow?
 
For me, tren was always higher than the test.
 
My friend take it from someone that has done everything for the past 3 decades. Leave the tren alone or you will be regrading it soon. I am 59 with 30 years of competition and gear use. I did not touch tren until I was 55 and still takes a lot to manage it.

Since you are dead set I can't change your mind, but I will not contribute to destroying your health.

I'm guessing no blood work done prior either as it seems you did no research?

Get blood work first. Then you can decide if you even need test right now. You definitely don't need tren if it's your first cycle.

1mg of Adex a day? Your joints are going to be screaming for help.
 
Tren??? On a first cycle??? Jesus Christ this is a recipe for disaster I’m 54 years old and been training and taking gear for 20 years I’ve yet to touch Tren… been tempted many times but no need for it tbh.

My first cycle was sustanon 250 1 cc a week and in 8 weeks I put on 30lbs you need very little on your first cycle…

Tren on a first cycle? NOT.

Keep it simple and just run test at 500mg a week. Get bloodwork BEFORE starting to see your baseline is, then get another midway through cycle and another at the end. This way you can see how your body responds to anabolics.

Hard anabolics like tren or trest need to come later when you got some anabolics experience under your belt.
 
Above all...DIET is key. You'll need to eat more than you usually do and add more protein sources.

Also the fact that you are 21 is a good reason to actually wait to start as 25 is a more optimal age for starting anabolics use.
 
Buddy these guys are being harsh because what you’re doing is really that foolish! It’s really bad.

If you are set on running anything, like these guys have already said, 500mg Test per week will produce maximum results. And, also like mentioned, Arimidex 1 mg a day is NOT good!

Some experienced guy will advise the use of an ai ONLY if estrogen symptoms arise.

If you’re gonna take it at all right out of the gate maybe .25mg every other day is more than sufficient.

There you go. You got the advice. Now will you take it?…
 
I do want to make it a point to also say you should do nothing until you get a baseline bloodwork done, be clear on what your goals are, have your PCT in hand before you begin.

This whole thing is a mess. He shouldnt be running anything. His calories are nothing and who even knows how much protein hes eating. Also what is this cycle actually going to do? Perserve muscle mass? Does he have any? Any cardio on tren is always so much fun!

Too strong or just no need because you’ll get great gains from just using basic test?
 
There’s just so many videos right now people doing tren it’s becoming like a party drug or some shit.

I just grabbed a few bottles myself and I’m debating on to use it or not.

Right now I’m currently running 600 test e, 300 deca, 50mg Anadrol Ed then once in a while pop a arimidex when needed. Would anyone suggest something different? I’m 5’11” 206lbs

I personally don’t take 19-nors. I would take replace the deca with 500 mast or primo and I wouldn’t touch orals ever unless it was for a specific reason. Like making money or competing. You could run test/mast or test primo for twice the length of your current cycle and the blood work would be much better.

I was running mast for the first 5 weeks but I heard it’s only good if your really lean. So I stopped it and was planning to pick it back up and drop the deca when starting the tren. (Mostly ran it for the anti estrogen) I went with Anadrol to bulk up to around 215 220 then lean out to around 205-210ish

Up around 8lbs in 2 weeks as of right now, need to eat more but it’s hard while working. Any suggestions for quick snacks during the day?
