Pin daily vs 2x a week. Will reduce sidesSo I’m blasting 500 test a week , this is the largest amount I’ve done, all blood markers are in check, and checked every month, should I take an ai day after the shot of 250? Or wait until I have sides? The blast is going to last 10 weeks.

Bloods every month? Why is that?Good advice, I get bloods once a month tho, so I guess it would really depend if sides started showing up sooner.

I see, post up the latest results so we can see where you at.It’s brought rythm health, then trt clinic full panels every 6 months, and full panel through my primary care twice a year
I wouldn't add anything for your E2 until your next round of blood work while on 500migs.Estro is 31 now
You’ll definitely know right away if you have gyno developing. The feeling is unmistakable.I just don’t want to wake up with some big’ol fat titties.
The only thing I dislike about Rythm is their estradiol tests aren't ultra sensitiveIt’s brought rythm health, then trt clinic full panels every 6 months, and full panel through my primary care twice a year
I’m making real good progress even at 160mg
If it aint broke, then why fix it? More gear isnt always the answer. More gear comes with more concerns. Just keep doing what you are doing. If anything, bump it to 200mg and let it ride.Depends on time frame you have available, but if the goal is to make as much progress I’d go until 1 bloodwork is no longer good, 2 results stall, 3 body composition gets sloppy. (You can pull back on food if 3 happens, then continue once body composition is in a better spot) I’d try to minimize these pull backs by not getting overly sloppy in the first place, but you judge and make calls on what to do as cycle develops. If 1 and 2 never happen, then you continue imo, but you make the call. How long should I go?
and what about ai’s just in case?Depends on time frame you have available, but if the goal is to make as much progress I’d go until 1 bloodwork is no longer good, 2 results stall, 3 body composition gets sloppy.
