Fever after first Reta?

I ordered and took my first dose of Reta from SBlabs. I took .5MG on Monday night and used the Sauna Tuesday night. I got a bad fever Wednesday (roughly 1.5 days after taking the Reta). And my fever was at 102F. Could this be related to the reta? Im afraid to take it again next week. I dont have any other illness symptoms, just a bad fever and chills.
 
Doubtful, if it happens again after your next dose there may be a correlation. But too early to say IMO.
