Tryed one week keto for a first tome in my life. After a long cut, i had difficult food cravings and wasnt feeling good, so i tryed keto.
The first 3 days were the worst, i was half dead, but since day 4 i was feeling concentrated, brainfog dissapeared, good mood, clear energy and clear heas, and i dropped 3kg of water so i was happy how dry i was looking,+ i was eating 300-400 less kcals than before and i wasnt that hungry.
the minus therefore, flatness, no gym pumps and no explosive power and strength in the gym. im trying to hit 8-9% singes, right now i think im 10-11% (ill show pick, may be wrong).
i know that from 10% is way harder, its not just kcals in, kcals out, its its carb cycling, manipulation, refeeds.. so i decided to try every 6 days a refeed around 150-200g carbs and go back to keto, this way my metabolism wont adapt, restore hormones, give some glycogen restore and that gonna help me retain muscle, but im still not sure if that works, so im here to ask u guys if i havr any exp, if u are using compounds (in my case tren ace 200mg/w, test p 140/w, mast p 350/w, winny 30mg/w, added adrol 25mg/day since 2 days for more fullness and to keep strength), will i still loose muscle if i just go to the gym, hit with like 3 exercises for 7-8/10 reps like 2-3 sets each and go back home, do my liss cardio and dont overdo it, just try to keep my strength without burning out, will i still possibly loose muscle? also info about me, im 170cm, 70,2kg (fully
glyco and water depleted after flushed water from keto, so normal diet 73-74, maintenance maybe 77-78kg)
also is there the idea to be in smaller deficit from food, but keep the cardio more like 1h instrad of 30m, but eat a little more, does this gonna help keep muscle if at the end u are on the dame deficit than with less food and no cardio?
edit: the very last pick, i did carb refeed 400g 2 days in a row and its 1-2 days after, so this photo i just may look more veiny and hard, but also holded some water
