Favorite easy go to meal or recipe mine has always just been a bowl of lean red meats and hot sauce 🤣 cant get easier than that but it everyone input may help newer people find good easy meals

Greek yogurt and the Catalina crunch cinnamon ā€œproteinā€ cereal with a cup of blueberries

If you’re fine cooking, Walmart ground chicken with red pepper flakes. Throw a cup of rice in it and boom. I’ll prep 3-4 lbs at once then just measure out 6oz and throw an instant rice cup in the microwave for a 1 minute meal.

I just brown and season like two lbs of 96% lean ground beef and bake some sweet potatoes (cut them in half). I put out five glass containers then first lay sweet potatoes at the bottom of the container and top with the ground beef. I buy the cups of organic guac from costco and put those in each container. When it's time to eat I just pop the top of the guac and mix and boom five meals done for the week. To bake the sweet potatoes it's like one hour and to ground the beef it's under ten minutes. If you don't want to bake sweet potatoes, just go to the frozen food section and get ones you can microwave steam in bag. Simple.

A go to meal in my house too.

6 eggs, 1 serving of butter, 1-2 servings of G Hughes sauce of your choice. 525-530 calories. 36 grams of protein down the hatch. Love this when I’m lazy as fuck.

Go to everyday meal during a bulk? 1/2lb 93/7 ground beef, 1 sweet potato, and 3 eggs. Sprinkle a little parm. Don’t know the macros off the top of my head but it’s a hefty clean meal. Wash it down with an ice cold glass of water or a Diet Coke/Coke Zero.

Cup of rice in the cooker, 2lbs of 96% lean ground turkey. 2 packets of low sodium taco kit mix. Cook and combine, top with hot sauce
