Fasting on DNP

So this is my 6th day intermediate fasting on 250mg ed on DNP. Dropped around 5 pounds so far. Pretty hot and sweaty but not TOO bad. Taking multivitamins for the nutrients I need. Meals consist of white chicken with broccoli and a protein shake roughly 550 calories per meal one meal every 24 hours. Hardest part so far has honestly been mental. I’m SO hungry it’s not even funny. But I’ll tough it out. Gonna go to 15 days.
 
You want protein somewhat high to preserve muscle and carbs ultra-low to get oxidize more fat. I would NOT fast on DNP. Influx of food throughout the day will help keep the heat bare able instead of spiking when eating. Keep that muscle.
I Already started. Challenging myself to lose AS MUCH fat as possible in 15 days. Only counting fat not water weight/muscle. I’m getting around 100g of protein a day mainly from the shakes and chicken. Thank you for reading and replying and thank you for the advice!!!!

How much do you weight? 100g of protein is pretty low.
 
Glutathione is your best friend on this stuff. If not other antioxidants. You could’ve started lower at 125 if you had the source that sells those. 250 and up gets real quick, plus the dosing compounds so don’t up it. Probably good idea to pair with something like semaglutide because the hunger is unbearable. I gag just thinking of dnp… fucking after taste 🤮

Not on this shit you won’t😆. I don’t usually drink a gallon a day of water apart from this shit. Holy it makes you sweat! I don’t really measure how much I drink I just keep refilling my water bottle at the gym until I’m spent or it’s time to go.
 
Word of advice. Up to 180g to be safe as 160 calories from protein with stupid low carbs and fats will not affect any weight loss and be more advantageous to hold more muscle. Just a thought.
i was on 450g my first dnp run 🤣 most chicken i ever ate in my life. 2.5lbs of breast, 4 scoops of whey.

i just slam a glass or two, feel full for a couple minutes, then back to normal pretty quick. definitely worth doing. helps keep the blood thinner on gear

You’re going to really mess up your electrolytes eating like that on DNP. Keep an eye on your cardiac rhythm.

1 week, got a rash, took 1 week off, 3 more weeks after that. 500 mg a day. went from 200 to 164
Never heard of someone getting a rash. But hell yeah almost 40lbs in around a month is insane! I’m also suprised by my results as well. I knew this shit worked but wow… even 250mg a day is nuts by day 15 I’ll look like a different person!

i went from like a 3 to an 8 in that time frame. different person for sure. it gets a lot of hate but it definitely does what its supposed to do

It seems like it gets a lot of hate because of idiots who weight 140 blasting 800mg of it and killing themselves on the stuff
 
Two questions, 1) I haven’t seen any sponsors that carry DNP. Am I wrong or do you have a non-sponsor source you could share? 2) How much elevated is your resting heart rate, BP and body temp while running DNP?

I’m running clen right now and quite enjoying it. DNP seems so reckless but intrigues me quite a bit. I’m 12.7% BF (if you believe calipers). Trying to get sub 10.

Heart rate is a little bit higher but not much honestly. With DNP it’s mainly the body temperature that gets very high. So high in fact that it can and will cook you from the inside if you take too much (seriously like LITERALLY cooks you). But if you’re smart about it like any other drug you’ll be just fine just don’t ramp it up all at once. Never tried clenbuterol but I’d like to give it a shot as well. Honestly if you take 250mg for 10 days clean diet you could totally get single digit or at least right at the cusp.

i think its a jealousy thing. at a competitive level, 16 week preps and what not are better off without using dnp. They've gotta do it the hard way, while us casuals get to do it the easy way and be done in a couple weeks. 30 deaths in the past 100 years of it being used as a fat burner. some intentional suicides. pretty sure there are more deaths from caffein overdoses. if you run 250 odds are youll be perfectly fine

all significantly higher on 500. want to say pulse was sitting at 120s, bo 140s, not sure about body temp but if i was away from a fan id feel like a worm on concrete and freak out trying to find a fan.

but the heart rates where my jealously comment stems from. that's burning more calories than someone doing LISS 24/7 just by sitting there
 
Maybe you already are but I'd suggest you drink some electrolytes in some of your water. Don't drink water only. Your potassium, sodium and magnesium are going to be very low. This can be very dangerous. They are mandatory.
