So this is my 6th day intermediate fasting on 250mg ed on DNP. Dropped around 5 pounds so far. Pretty hot and sweaty but not TOO bad. Taking multivitamins for the nutrients I need. Meals consist of white chicken with broccoli and a protein shake roughly 550 calories per meal one meal every 24 hours. Hardest part so far has honestly been mental. I’m SO hungry it’s not even funny. But I’ll tough it out. Gonna go to 15 days.





. I don’t usually drink a gallon a day of water apart from this shit. Holy it makes you sweat! I don’t really measure how much I drink I just keep refilling my water bottle at the gym until I’m spent or it’s time to go.
