Thinking of starting IGF-1 LR3 (1mg) and wanted to hear some real-world experiences.

How did you dose it, and what results did you notice in terms of muscle growth, recovery, or fat loss? Any sides I should be aware of? I’ve done my research but would love some firsthand insights!

This lab report from Janoshik shows the analysis of an IGF-1 LR3 sample. Key findings include:
• Purity: 99.962%, indicating a high-quality product.

• Measured quantity: 1.05 mg, slightly exceeding the expected 1 mg, suggesting proper dosing accuracy.

The test confirms the product’s reliability, making it a dependable option for those looking for verified peptides. Always verify your sources with trusted labs for consistent results.

That's a year old test. I'd get it reviewed to ensure the quality is the same.

In a nutshell, limit the fat intake and power through with adequate carbs and protein, and you will have phenomenal pumps, strength gains and "quicker" weight increase (a mix of water, body fat and probably 2-3lbs of actual muscle.)

For someone who has never used IGF-LR3, I'd titrate between 50mcg-75mcg for a few weeks to assess tolerance. This does affect blood sugar so be sure to eat enough carbs pre/post workout.

I've noticed though, that after usage, the effects are no longer the same even at 100mcgs. I may try it again down the road, as of now, less is more.

It must be reconstituted with acetic acid, otherwise, bacteriostatic water shortens the lifespan by a week. It does burn upon injection, mix with BW to lessen the burn. I injected in delts and subq. Pump is systemic, don't matter where you do it.

Sure, we will look into that.
Thanks for pointing out

Never used it. Been curious from users feedback on the message boards, but then some “YouTube” guys say it’s 🗑️ so never pulled the trigger. If it wasn’t pricy I’d probably try it to see first hand what it does or doesn’t.

It’s definitely not trash. It’s user dependent.. as is any tool. Definitely possible to gain size and keep it. It’ll be a low risk low reward.

As with almost everything, it's overhyped and not worth the bang for the buck. Unless you have everything really dialed in it's not going to do much.
Finally (y).......Unless its Increlex.... Save your money for GH.
