Noticed these come in Amps. Never used amps before, whats the best way to open them? After do you just pin the bottle then out it in a bottle?

You can use a pen cap, makes it simple. Or an amp. Opener..

The dilutant comes in amps. I use an amp snapper, draw up the 1ml solution from the amp and then shoot it into the euro vial!
