Can you run it along your normal GH without any complications?
 
I scheduled a "body analyzer" for Wednesday evening.
like all body analyzers, it should give the amount of bf, water, lean mass, etc.
I know that these machines, however expensive, are just an indication and have a good margin of error, but ... we make them go well, on the other hand they are used by doctors and nutritionists.

Bets on my BF are accepted.

total water 53% (57-60%)
intracellular water 45% (51-54%)
extracellular water 55% (46-49%)
water retention 65 (<20)

fat mass BF 22% (15-20%)
lean mass 78% (75-80%)
muscle mass 45% (35-40%)
muscle tone 70 (>65)

basal metabolic rate 1563 kcal


in addition to the very high bf (but wrong in my opinion) I have a problem with water retention and low intracellular water.

What do you recommend for optimal hydration?

No way you’re 22% bf I’d say you’re close to 10%
