I have been exclusively doing bodybuilding style training for the past 10 years and have wanted to shift into endurance training.

Most of my supplement experience lies heavily in compounds that promote anabolism but I do not have a clear idea on what compounds are out there to improve endurance.

To be more specific I am looking for a stack of supplements (GNC type and/or the fun stuff) that would increase my mile pace and my long distance endurance (of course paired with actual endurance training).

I have looked around and saw a few candidates for an endurance stack but wanted to see if I could get more perspective on what you all thought is ideal.

Tbol is a good one. Not sure if you have looked into that one or not.

Cardarine

This mixed with 2g of creatine HCL 1-2 hours before you run.

I know the effectiveness on compounds depends on the person but is there a significant benefit with cardarine? I’ve seen mixed data on human outcomes compared to the lab rats.

If we're talking only endurance and improved running im surprised no ones mentioned EPO. Not sonething id run alongside other AAS due to hematocrit issues but if your only concern is improving run times EPO is the way to go. TBOL is a great compound aside from that for endurance. Ive not used Cardarine but ive heard good things.

Strength/fighting performance athletes would benefit from T-Bol, while EPO would be the choice for endurance such as cycling, long distance running, etc.

Get tbol out of there.

if endurance is the goal, things like GW, dada, dmg, ITTP, etc
All of those are unique compounds being seriously research for endurance and VO2 type max capabilities...i'd spend your time researching those.

Consider addressing mitochondrial function to improve endurance. SS-31, MOTS-C, SLU-PP-332 have been helpful extending my endurance and energy. The jury is still out on the SLU-PP-332 in humans. Many see nothing, dosing is all over the board. I like it. You have to evaluate it yourself. SLU-PP-915 is now coming to market.

My friend the running coach teaches nasal breathing technique to extend endurance. I agree it helps, but its hard to wire it into your brain when you are pushing hard.

Add to the fine list above Telmisartan to help extend range on cardio.

There are no studies that correlate Cardarine to humans and cancer put it that way

The whole rat debate was put into place to scare people from seeing the benefits and miraculous medical uses this compound can have. In many cases, you can argue hundreds of compounds when abused "might" be carcinogenic and that is what they did. They gave rats like 50x what a bodyweight dose would be comparable to be in humans and then said, Oh this may be carcinogenic .

This!! I’ve used tbol and cardarine for BJJ and Muay Thai and it’s like a cheat code for open mats! Just keep rolling and sparring- even if you suck you can outlast the other guy
