No pic to share, but I will say I'm impressed. Dutch your communication is top notch. USPS complications, only because USPS sucks & not the fault of your team, made things difficult. You guys didn't hide behind their incompetence or say "Oh well. There's nothing we can do." I know plenty of others who would have done this, but you guys followed up on emails immediately and made sure things ended successfully. Well done and thank you!
