I just laugh as her. Cause she was wrong. Gotta up the dose and order more tho. Tried the micro dose of triz. I notice it but it doesn’t stop me. Try more Monday . She did say if it is. I want some.

That’s some good stuff but micro dosing usually isn’t the way to run it. It takes higher doses to achieve the results.

I know. I eat well but was seeing if it helped curb the little stuff. Try and go more if needed. Finding out what works for me lol.

What dose are you at? Its person depended but 5mg is a common dose.

Once you ramp up it will def curve the appetite.

I went 1mg. Like most stuff I try that haven’t before. Start low. Ramp as it goes.
Most annoying part of today was. It’s pin day. I’m out of town. Swore I packed some 20gauge needles. Guess I was wrong. Took my so long to get the test out of the vial with a 25 I skipped the mast. Be back in town Sunday to correct the issue.

Gotta get another order in soon for more Triz. Grabbed 2 for shits and giggles to try. Bout to pop the second top tomorrow. Food cravings gone. (Unless we are in the shipyard which we currently are and drinking like sailors at night.). Gotta work for the protein goals cause I’m not eating like I use to. Which is good. Bloodwork due when I get back on land to “keep my script when I travel” but it’ll be blast mode again soon. Have yet to be disappointed in anything ordered.
