Do I have underdosed Dbol?

Hi, I started my 50mg Dbol and 500mg Suss250 cycle 5 weeks ago and I read that you should take 12.5 Aromasin EOD, but I'm getting away with taking 6.25mg per week. Had blood work done and my e2 is fine. I haven't had huge gains, but I do get a huge pump at the gym. Is one possibility that my Dbol is underdosed? I tested the gear before I started & it came up positive for what they should be. I'm just thinking the Dbol is underdosed and that's why I don't need much Aromasin? Any advice would be great
 
Using Dbol doesn’t mean you’ll need large amounts of Ai. How much people aromatase on Dbol is highly dependent on their genetics, dosage, body composition etc.

Cookie cutter protocols are just a blue print for beginners, so they have an idea on what to do or expect. As you progress and learn to use drugs based on how YOU respond to them based on experience and bloodwork is what ultimately dictates things such as ai requirements.

Low need of Ai is a good thing. Good pump is another good thing.

Aromatization varies from person to person, some need no a.i., some need a little, and some cant even smell the cap without growing tits! 😄

Sustanon is mostly medium and long esters... you aren't even saturated on the mediums until week 5-6 and the long ester takes almost 8 weeks.

Bro I’m not saying this is you but so many guys think that just by taking certain types of gear that they are gonna automatically see the results they hear others talking about. Doesn’t quite work that way. You can take 100mgs a day of legit Dbol and not see big results if everything else you’re doing isn’t 100% spot on. Diet imo is the biggest one. Dbol is one of my favorites for putting on muscle but I can also cut on Dbol if I adjust my diet accordingly. One of my old head coaches use to say you have to feed to succeed. That’s true and especially with Dbol. It’s 100% dependent on how much and what types of food you take in.

Your right. I just never mention sleep because I never get any. I can only imagine how far I could have went and how I’d look now if I actually got quality sleep over the years. I can eat like a motherfucker though. 💪💪💪

I think it may be my diet. I usually eat a salami, pepperoni, ham & salad Subway a day, have two or three protein shakes, and for the rest I then snack on muesli bars, English muffins and yoghurt. I also eat breakfast cereals
 
So you basically having 1 meal a day, that sub from subway. Got it 👍🏻.

Nearly every protein shake has a label on it saying "do not use as meal replacement" but rather in addition too. So you relying on that one meal, and a few muesli bars to do whatever it is you are trying to achieve on this cycle...

What are you goals? To grow tits? Your only complaint was that you have not aromatized much... Not sure what you're looking for brother...

Are you taking any liver support at 50mg dbol a day?
 
you have a plan 5 weeks into gear, and your plan for diet is.......... You wanna put muscle on you need a structured diet that guarantees you jamming enough of the right food into to maintain what ya got AND add.

dbol going to rip your liver up.

Get your diet in check before running anymore cycles. Once you dial it in...you'll get sick gains.
