I have read so many different things about DHB and its level of toxicity. More than anything you hear, “ inflammatory “ that it just doesn’t jive well with ours bodies. Some people claim that it shot “ this and that “ way up on bloodwork and others show signs of damage . I can’t speak on the bloodwork, but I can speak on its effectiveness.
I love me some Tren and have abused the shit out of it for a long time. I think DHB kicks Tren in the balls if you can control your diet. Not even super strict but just eating like you know you should . It makes me strong , libido INSANELY high, tons of volume and pop in the muscle . I’m team DHB all the way when I’m dialed in and on a mission . Nothing can replace Tren of course especially for someone stepping on stage, but Tren is not the super compound everyone wants it to be.
Currently running Dutch DHB at 700mgs a week and man it’s a monster ! I feel great , motivated , horny , growing like a weed and can actually sleep. Deca/NPP great for guys maybe underweight that need more muscle , Tren great for people with alot of muscle looking for that certain look . DHB for me does it all without any of those sides those compounds create .
I’ve been trying to cut but I’m just getting larger with 700mgs , and I’m loving it!!
I do think unless you’re an old fart or a 160lb kid . 500mgs + per week to really see what it can do . Only downside for it for me, I’ve tried it from 200-1200 , 500-700 with clean carbs , shit load of protein, manly ass training and watch it work
