Hey guys! Thinking about trying the Deca/Win stack. Couple buddy's of mine have tried it and love the results with a strict diet!

I have taken Deca in the past and loved the results however got in a bad car accident and wasn't able to workout for quite sometime after the cycle , hence why I am now 18%! I need some opinions on a diet, right now this is my current diet
Breakfast : Oatmeal and 4 Hardboiled Eggs with a protein shake
Snack . Tuna and a banana
Lunch Chicken Brown Rice Brocolli and a Protein Shake
Snack some more tuna!!! Whole weat crackers
Dinner Chicken brown rice and Brocolli and red potatoes protein shake
Let me know some feedback!! Open to all and anything!
