186.5 fckin finally god damn

I really did hit my hams hard holy soreness batman.
Back a little sore too lol. Its fine tho not back to square 1 or even square 2. Ill be aight.

Finished my cardio last night and checked my steps. Didnt get a chance to really do any catching up on steps. Eyeballing it looked like maybe short 4k ish. Not bad so was gonna knock it out today based on the overall.

Once i added it up, if i even get an average step count today imma be a bit over wtf.

I really felt like i just sat on my fckin ass all day wtf.

Oh well, cardio when i get back. Woke up a little early here at the hotel just gonna chill until son wakes up and get outta here.
Another 6 hours 😪
Should be home by 3 or so.

gonna post up numbers a little later, but did pretty good increased lifts and reps like across the board.
worst sleep ever last night tho, dragged a bit but got it done.
also i was gonna skip abs because right then i felt kinda shitty, but im a good boy so walked around tried something new.

found this weird as fuck ab machine lol

this one here is for back too, but the one i used was very similar but only said abdominals.
i had never paid attention to it until i saw it said abdominals.

gave a try wtf its hard shit lol
its super goofy too but its pretty effective.
might keep in rotation now with everything else.

Woke up a little early and didnt want to wait for crunch to open at 5am.

Yesterday sleep so bad acutally took a little nap.

Watch says didnt get much sleep but i felt pretty refreshed so all good for me. even if the number is low at least i felt good, Yesterday felt like dog shit.

Pf a little easier on my back anyway, but still very effective due to how the split is setup.
Hams got some doms right now suprisingly from my friday workout. havent had actual doms in a long time lol.

Back pretty much healed up from that wierd pop Friday. im still a little injured but on the right track seems like.

Matched reps on everything and overloaded a bit here and there.
Despite reduced calories gaining a little strength. overloaded single leg press also 10lbs.

No changes in food.
 
man i had my new macros and eating timings so down over there while with my son.

back home imma have to make adjustments lol.

186.5 rest day

got 6 last night not bad not great. felt okay though just a little early of a wake up so cant really start eating lol or i wont make it.
i probably coulda gotten another half hour, but we had about 3 inches of rain last night so was worried it had flooded or my pool had filled up.
anytime it rained that fucker would fill up and id have to drain it, we installed gutters about a month ago so wasnt really sure if that would help, since the roof water would fall into the pool.
got up around 330am and checked it and thankfully it looks like it worked.
grilled up some chicken this morning and im wildly short, so gonna grill up some more this afternoon.

getting cardio later today.
down about a 1lb from last week roughly.

i feel very skinny ha.

thank fucking god we peeled that layer of fat on my belly in January. its already mostly gone from just feeling around the little bit of loose skin i got there.
its not as squishy anymore.

was truly hell getting rid of that. now just need my back to start shedding it, obviously other areas as well and have a ways to go since im not really close, but its nice knowing
that part is outta the way mostly maybe 90 95%. happy its not the last to go this time around.

185.9 scale finally moved a little

no real adjustments to food today just gonna suck it up a little and limit the sodas, bloated myself up too much.

sleep was a little low, but ended up getting up anyway didnt feel like id go back to sleep. got about 5 and a quarter, not great but feel okay.

bjj was solid and my push was solid.

when i started i felt a little weak/down but as it went on ended up getting a few reps/overloading here and there.

pretty good, salted my food a little yesterday extra just because leg day today and didnt want to be cramping or anything and worked out pretty well.
today nothing extra just wanted to be extra careful yesterday for today.

according to my sleep tracker got same sleep yesterday, about 5.25 but i felt good lol. yesterday same sleep felt a bit down and shitty, today same sleep feel totally fine.
so whatever! i did wake up hungry this time and noticed yesterday my dinner just fckin disappeared in my stomach lol, and thats with 95grams of oats!
need to probably still work on lowering diet soda consumption a little more. or at least pausing after lunch lol.

leg day today was pretty good! and best of all...INJURY FREE! hell yea.
bjj was a little mid, so might get a little extra cardio later.

No idea last cut we got to around 168 - 170 roughly. Still wasnt peeled lol, i definitely put on some size though this growth phase. im guessing imma have to be under 165 to be honest.

Nice. I know you already cut down once but wasn't sure where you ended up. How long do you have? 18 weeks to something?

235 traning carbs.

just knocked down some potatoes again.
gonna ride it tomorrow and monday by force, and if have to Wednesday would be the day i just go full fasted.
more then likely those 14 carbs will just be turned into veg. i like greenleaf lettuce alot when cutting, no cucumbers....yet. lol
