im convinced sourdough bread increases my weight significantly for whatever reason. was wondering why after the cruise i came back 4 pounds heavy that did not go away.
i only ate sourdough for the most part, and was pretty careful lol.

although all my clothes and everything fits well still. last time i was this weight was already in full L xl shirts and my gi didnt fit anymore for bjj.
still fits with plenty of room, and i had to wear 33s/34s pants. 32s 33s still good atm.

rest day! no sourdough on the menu will see how weight goes in the am tomorrow.

one of mmy biggest successes, kinda bitter sweet knowing we will be ending the growth phase soon to get ready to cut, feel like im making great progress, but at the same time
will just prime me for an even better/longer growth this winter.

growing in the winter is peak. cutting during thanksgiving and christmas AND new years is not for the faint of heart. would not recommend lol.

I hope I don’t have to diet down super crazy after this growth faze, I’m hoping we just hadve to trim some fat off and push again. I’m not sure what the plan is yet though. I don’t plan on a show until late 27/ early 28 for my first show . My skinny ass needs some size lol

i couldnt believe when we finished @ 210 and we cut i got down to 168 roughly.
i thought for sure at 175 180 id be fucking peeled lol.

even at 168 i wasnt close to stage lean.

i do get the feeling when we start cutting its gonna come off a bit easier and faster however since we've really minimized any fat gain.

im pretty certain when we get down to at least 168 ill be a bit bigger and leaner overall.

I can only hope and pray it comes off my stomach area first this time lol.

im already looking at sheets and pillow cases, and sweats to wear that I dont are about ruining.

also hearing about pee stains on the tan etc. little things that you dont really think about or are aware of.

Having chics kneeling right in front of your junk is always an experience, especially when the tanning room is freezing cold which they usually are. lol
I already know from experience now if I even get semi low bodyfat my shit don't work anyway. 😆

thats + 25lbs 💪 not bad! might even get a couple more before we're done and go to health/maintenance little phase.

im super curious what ill look like when the androgens/water drops, and super curious how the cut will go since I didnt really put on much fat, as far as i can tell.

Great ham day late update traveling for work.

Did the belt squats sldls since back still kinda funny.

I think i got it down really nice tho. Strangely enough at least to me, after I get a real good "working" set i get stronger on the sldl.
I had noticed it before but its more apparent on this setup. After my hams get stretched out i can do alot more. So that working set kinda becomes just a heavy ish warm up.
