restaurants for cruise booked.
planning out my meals over there, little down time here at work.
everything so fatty kinda annoying.
luckily only 4 days, cant doo too much damage in that time.
figured eating at a sit down restaurant easier to control what im eating versus buffets or the MDR.
id rather eat slightly higher calorie good food thats easier to track macros versus buffet junk anyway, which can get outta hand fast.
and if i end up saving a little food, can sit down at the buffet not eat, then eat some of the food in the room as well.
so buffet only for breakfast, and i can get boiled eggs watermelon and stuff like that.
i do plan on getting a ribeye from chops grille one of the days, i think, possibly. dont want to stress about it too hard but at the same time enjoy myself
a little.
my kids will have a heart attack seeing me eat lol. i know for sure my son just gonna be shocked at every meal lol.
the other day at chops will be roasted chicken breast, hibachi will be white rice and some shrimp.
italian restaurant also has a chicken breast i can order.
and ill probably pack some take home plates from the buffet with veggies and stuff i can snack on in the room in the evenings/mid mornings.
plus ill pack a few protein bars for the excursion, wont be entirely ideal but should be able to handle it and stay within macros/calories.
as we get closer go over it with coach a little just spit balling here shit since i dont got nothing going on but time to think about food lol.
