Came in 175.4 today wtf! I'm melting lol

Which puts me at 170.9 wow!

That's 2nd new low this week.

Same foods as Monday more then likely.
Haven't had a really chance to think about it atm.

Merry Christmas! And I’ve noticed you’ve been in a great place mentally the last few weeks by just going with the flow and not stressing. That has something to do with the accelerated weight loss. The less stress, the better the gains!

We’re super close to reversing out. We’ll also need to hammer down a show in late 2026. I will start looking so we can make a gameplan.

Yea you're right about that. Lotta things outta my control lately so sometimes it's way easier then trying to control/force everything.
Sometimes have to remind myself this is a hobby and while I absolutely love it and want every little scrap of gains, I need to relax too.

Different mental state where it's like i have to do this and this versus when it's all you can do well it's all you can do.

Might be also the cut was looming over me and wasn't sure I could handle it, and now that we're here fairly deep into it I'm doing fine.

Figured it out little by little.

Its amazing how fatigued i get when I haven't eaten.

Its like i can't do anything even walking around is a struggle lol.

worst fckin morning EVER

176 again, saw 175 flutter then settled 176.

man woke up raring to go, preworkout, coffee, eaas packed lets do this.
planet fitness changed hours at somepoint, and crunch just fcking ignored i guess whatever they had posted.

soo annoying. go to planet fitness around 345 4 and was like fuck.
went back home stimmed outta my mind, not sure what do to, decided to not waste time and hit my cardio.
got 1 hour bike, took it a little easy, because I cant be late again, so wasnt sure if Id get the pull session in, where id get it in, or what time.

after i finished cardio was around 445, surely crucnh would open at5. when sat in parking 5 comes around nope.
planet fitness opening up @ 6 for sure. so just waited in car crunch lot just in case.
fell asleep for like 10 min, woke up and was 545, some people were there, one guy was walking around the parking lot getting steps in lol
nobody knows what fcking time these bastards open lmao.

went to planet fitness in and got a decent pull.
didnt really record my movements, because never done pull there, so kinda felt around and tried different movements to see which I liked and which would be most effective.

ended up doing this

rope pullovers
magrip pulldowns
bent over row smith
seated matrix machine row (liked this a good bit, was tempted to cable rows seated but this felt pretty good sub)
wg lat pulldowns
rear delt cables
single arm bicep curls
straight arm curls
ab machine

ended up being not too bad, way better then whatever I coulda done at home had i needed to. lucklily didnt come to that and just made it to work on time, and got some decent work in at pf, although fairly fatigued and unstimmed. did what I could, back feels pretty worked I think.

same foods as yesterday but everything getting all fcked up timing wise messing with me a little.

restaurants for cruise booked.
planning out my meals over there, little down time here at work.
everything so fatty kinda annoying.
luckily only 4 days, cant doo too much damage in that time.
figured eating at a sit down restaurant easier to control what im eating versus buffets or the MDR.
id rather eat slightly higher calorie good food thats easier to track macros versus buffet junk anyway, which can get outta hand fast.
and if i end up saving a little food, can sit down at the buffet not eat, then eat some of the food in the room as well.
so buffet only for breakfast, and i can get boiled eggs watermelon and stuff like that.
i do plan on getting a ribeye from chops grille one of the days, i think, possibly. dont want to stress about it too hard but at the same time enjoy myself a little.

my kids will have a heart attack seeing me eat lol. i know for sure my son just gonna be shocked at every meal lol.

the other day at chops will be roasted chicken breast, hibachi will be white rice and some shrimp.
italian restaurant also has a chicken breast i can order.

and ill probably pack some take home plates from the buffet with veggies and stuff i can snack on in the room in the evenings/mid mornings.
plus ill pack a few protein bars for the excursion, wont be entirely ideal but should be able to handle it and stay within macros/calories.

as we get closer go over it with coach a little just spit balling here shit since i dont got nothing going on but time to think about food lol.

got about 6.5 sleep last night thank fckin GOD. I was dying yesterday.
I picked up stephen kings the stand, never read it, and been meaning to FOREVEER. should keep me occupied for a minute, trying to use insta a little less just keeps showing me food and its ANNOYING.

Just made this with that super light mayo oh my god. Amazing.

Used Splenda for sweetener. good lord so simple and tasty.

Mayo tastes like miracle whip. 30 grams of it was plenty for 300 grams of cucumbers and that miracle whip taste didn't overwhelm it

I hate miracle whip but beggars cant be choosers. With the dill lime and Splenda was superb.

Used Pam spray flavored butter to sautee the cabbage and top the end result.

Have 20ml oil in my macros so not using it since I didn't really track my sprays but without using the oil I'm sure I'm under didn't use that much.

reallly having to dig deep for cardio fuck. I wanted out so bad and i was going LIGHT. I didnt hit cardio yesterday legs were torched so bad, not recovering as fast as I used to.

being hungry is one thing, but the fatigue i get at times is just next level. I dont want to move just want to stay in my spot not moving lol.

i think since my leg is better, i was able to really torch them sunday they feel so screwed lol.

might still need another week for smith squats, but quad day is now 100% full go.
had to adjust my stance a teeny bit, on hack, but was still able to go tom platz style which i like. plus i overloaded a little due to no pain.
hmm yes maybe should have not done that.
