Back fat shed pretty good.
Waist fat being gay.
On the road atm
Had a good pull day.
Still a little messed up from the massage.
Had to drop 1 set on the bar row and lost a few reps first set seated.
Super sore lol but kept up intensity as much as possible.
There a bb lady at my gym she be doing my rear delt cables the way i do them lol
Got new macros for the week and I guess it's mini carb cycling.
No idea how im gonna pull this one off lol
But where there's a will there's a way.
