Finally leveled off for the most part.
They've been going pretty good but had to bust out the high stims and eaas for them early 3 4am workouts.

I have had this little leg injury but its getting better so I can slam Smith squats again soon. Maybe even as soon as sunday.
Only thing I've been deloading on, hacks a little as well but not much.

I drag a little here on there depending on sleep.

Last week sleep was so bad and workouts suffered tremendously.

Slept much better this week and strength came up a little.

If i can steal about 6 hours I'm good. Feel great. Any less and super bad time.

I've always been light sleeper and that's because I've improved it alot over the course of these 16 months or so.

Initially with coach my weekly avg was like 5.
We've has gotten it up to 6.5 almost 7 a few times.

Now back to around 6.

6 is the bare minimum. I'm a little cranky but manageable.

Anything less and I'm super fucked lol

Hungry cranky unwell no energy just bad all around.

I have some dayvigo coming in I may try but ill run it by coach before hand since that's more of a hard drug.

I'm terrified to make too many changes because I'm okay for now but I'd love to get 7 man that'd be such an easy time for me all around.

I see now why coach mentioned our first show doing it close to home. Traveling while cutting even at these calories is hell!

Can't imagine doing this running on less and traveling.

Just finished lol 12 hours god damn.

Now we came to cheddars . 🫠
Ordered a salad with everything on the side and some baby carrots.

Adjusting macros for dinner.

I made it just barely. Once the hypo shit stopped I was fine.

Might be over carbs a tad (8 - 10), but i haven't had any chimichurri at all so tons of cals saved there.

Bout to eat these greens and carrots and head to Walmart to get more cucs and lettuce then do cardio.

Its agonizing both ways.

I still believe peak bulk probably worse then cutting but I imagine prep tops them all based on this lol.

If I didn't have a family and this wrestling bullshit with travel would probably be easier.
