God almost had a heart attack was drinking ice cream sundae zero sugar rootbeer.

Didnt think much of it. Went to Walmart and thought I'd re up.

Got a case at register I saw on box 150 cal per can.

Went to aisle to check and see no zero sugar sundae versions.

I had like 3 or 4.

God raced back to work.

Phew just low calorie brain thank god.

On the way was googling how much cardio to burn 700 calories lol

Saw predator badlands last night
I didn't know anything about it missed previews everything. My son too had no idea what we were getting into.

Was a great little flick. Really enjoyed it for whatever reason.

Just got home finished push day.
Went okay incline bench had to reduce weight drastically and still failed miserably.

Overall however was decent with the drop sets on shoulders. Pump was disgusting.

Biceps have def leaned up and back lat area and lower back area.

Stomach no changes since yesterday.

I'm terrible at judging my own physique but its clear those areas have dropped a bit.

When doing db laterals I could see striations on my lats in the mirror.

Weren't there last week!

Got my 40 stairmaster begrudgingly.🫠

Stairmaster is my absolute favorite cardio machine.

I just love it overall feel like it just helps with everything and my lifestyle.

Since we dropped cals it's been wicked hard to get on that bitch.

I saw a random reel of Jay cutler saying it will cut you up the best of any cardio machine.

No idea if it's true or not nor do I care lol.

So here I am working it in as best as I can due to a random 10 sec cutler reel lol.

Did well yesterday made it.

So at mother in laws no real issues.
Im a guest so I just kinda relax don't do much.

At my mom's tho she wanted me to cut the turkey. That shit right there almost broke me.

Taking out the stuffing slicing up turkey man. That was rough. Ended up munching on a few carrot sticks and celery sticks.

Not bad all things considering.

This week was just wierd in general and shitty.

I'm glad we pushed a show to the summer fall before wrestling season / holidays.

I can see this would have not worked, it's just exponentially difficult.

This little sample week told me enough. Wrestling tournament past weekend, healing tat, wierd injury in groin/ ball socket that i have no idea where or how happened, meal prepping, holiday etc. Just knocking out the trips would make this alot easier.

Either way pull day was really shitty too lol.
Got up went to gym at 345, and I slept awful too, woops I forgot gym opened 5am. drove back home all tingly from pre workout 😅.

Had to do everything to control myself sitting in the living room for an hour feeling like ants crawling all over my body lol.

Anyways came back and went through it doing incline walking atm.

working on diet today, gonna eat more turkey breast. don't really like it to be honest but tis the season .

I got lucky. 2 out of the 4 pies I bought were under cooked and gooey I threw them out lol. Just about all the desert is gone over here

last year i had a cool 3600 cals to eat, shit was easy saying no.

yesterday at my moms that was suffering.

luckily she made me a small turkey that i could eat that was fairly barebones.
plucked all the breast off of it, and brought it home with me. save me some meal prep time, and nice change of pace from air fried chicken breast, even tho I dont really like it
it does save me like 5 fat grams overall which is nice atm.

been getting my fats from those fitbutters in the evening, and they have fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles in them.
truly divine since im a huge fan and was missing that little bit of flavoring throughout this cut.

keeps me going knowing i get that at the end of the day.

btw i forgot my fitbutters on my trip past weekend. was truly sad when i got to the hotel and saw i forgot to pack it.
went to walmart to just buy regular peanut butter and saw this
i thought hey cool might have a little flavoring.

its just regular ass fucking peanut butter lol. fucking scam. lol

i bought him some weightgainer from redcon 1.

1300 cals per serving lmao. hes not small or anyhthing but i figure during off season we can pound the carbs down his throat and see how he grows, since he doesnt eat much.

hes soooo down to try it when he saw the serving/cal size.

he was like 1300 calories :oops:

Just finished some fasted cardio. Slept pretty good and had some energy.

I had a sample of @GYMnTONIC smash pre workout. fckin yikes! very potent. I shoulda gone half serving lmao. I'm over here time traveling atm 🤣

Picked up a tub, will come in handy for those low cal low energy workout days. Especially if I start working out fasted. Just depending on what new macros i get today.

About to check in with coach! Fasting until 10 and starting food around there.

So so quad day.

Had to drop weight a bit.

I think planet fitness ones is what hurt me as soon as I sat down i felt it, over stretched i think over there.
Didkt have issues with this either way I just felt the twinge.

Lying curls good shit

Leg extensions really good shit and that's where I got messed up.

Last set got off and yep quads were super toast. I knew right away that I was gonna have to drop weight lol

It's wierd I dont feel too tired but my muscles end up just feeling totally empty.

Where when filled with calories and androgens I can just go on forever, never feels like enough and I love quad day too.

So next up leg press and I took my time.

Dropped 20 lbs or so every set roughly.
Felt pretty good and was really hard.

Next up hacks, and I felt okay on it but it was aggravating the ball and socket joint.
I had to change up my stance a little and drop weight a little. Wasn't the most effective but finished up good and without aggravating that area.

Smith squats no problems.

Foods today gonna try spreading out my fats instead of consuming 30+ before bed.

See if that helps satiety since it's a ton of calories, and also hopefully body comp however slight. More evenly spread out macros. Adjusted that protein fluff recipe for no whey, so I can eat more chicken as well. Should help since that's 24grams of protein which is roughly another 120 grams of chicken breast I get to eat.

There's no way 2/3 of a cup is 1 serving @566 grams with 6 servings size in the bag. Bag itself is 567 grams lol.

I was like I'm eating 5 of these today 🤣

I've been seeing that lately too on some of the food packages. It's like 8 pieces in the box. One box is 1 serving impossible.... IDK what goes on!

Dexa isn't all that accurate neither are those scales

Mainly a piece of paper with some bragging rights

The neat thing is the body scan image where you can see the location of the fat but beyond that fairly useless if you look in the mirror and don't like what you see
