Son got 5th greco didnt do freestyle. hes not a big FS guy so no biggie. for whatever reason. He got the most disgusting bomb in greco tho. good lord. tossed a kid to space lol


just finished checkins with coach all good. keeping macros the same.
with npp leaving my body, feeling a little less hungry.
Im still hungry, but before it was like if i dont have food we have a FUCKING PROBLEM.
I can hold out a bit better lol.

so we got in semi late, decided to just go late to work and knock out the lower. wasnt sure if i was ready or not, quads were kinda cramping etc.

Increased the treadmill walking speed slightly as punishment lol.
