I just finished my first cycle using only testosterone, and overall I'm really happy with the results. My diet and training were on point, and my labs came back looking great.
One thing I've noticed is that a lot of people seem to focus more on PEDs than on their diet, training, and recovery. In my opinion, those things are still the foundation. You don't need to run huge amounts of gear to make great progress if everything else is dialed in.
I still have weak points to bring up—my chest and traps need more work—but that's part of the journey. Reta has also been a game changer for me.
As for training, I like rotating between heavier, lower-rep sets and moderate weight with higher reps. It's been working well, and I'm really enjoying the process.
What has made the biggest difference in your progress? Better training, nutrition, recovery, or something else?
