I’m currently on my first cut diet and I’m looking for help, So I started this at 223lbs I’m currently sitting at 188 and have been stuck at this weight for a few weeks.. I set my calories at 1900 macros are 150 carbs 55-60g fat and cap My protein at 200...Hitting the gym 5 days a week with cardio eod 30-35 min but the scale isnt dropping!!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
