Cream of Rice

I just buy the cheap pack of cor on Amazon . Cook it in microwave as directions say (with milk or water , depends on macros I’m looking for), turns out great every time. A scoop of protein powder in it . Maybe add a nut butter of some kind . I definitely digest it better than oatmeal , is reason I choose it .

Now I see why your boulder shoulders are so vascular. I’m gonna mix yogurt.. Chobani sells them for a deal 2/$2 sometimes.

Good tips Fearsome
Chobani is solid… but I can’t lie Fage is best 💯

I dont eat that horrible "cookie cutter" bullshite...
I will have some white rice with my meals though...

That “bullshit” IS just white rice though. Which is why I don’t overpay for it 😆 I just flavor my cream of rice myself, tons of options out there 💯

True nutrition even offers flavor packs on their site

yeah man that stuff looks good, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the cost. I bought three boxes of CoR.

The expectation is to eat this as breakfast, pre and post and before bed.
It’s worth the cost. I debated for months if I could justify it, and kicked myself for waiting so long

Cookie butter, coconut cream pie, and apple pie killer from them

Just looked into Fage, I’ll try it out. Creamier and smooth than Chobani?

Same boat.. Looks like Elev8 has positive rave. Why the heck not? Thanks

THICCCCCC as fuck

Like fage and Chobani. We rotate but we also include siggi’s skyr. A touch more tangy but I love it with blueberries and some honey (or prodough for a pudding effect). But mostly fage and siggi’s

Martins my favorite physique in IFBB rn.

But not the one I wanna support the most 😅
Not going to lie bro, I thought you meant the blueberry flavor.

I just used Berrys code since I’ve been BINGING his and Kyle’s podcast. Shits a gold mine for coaches/competitors

I never have an issue with cooking it. It always comes out pretty good for me. I toss it in boiling water, stir to keep from clumping and as soon as it starts popping bubbles like lava, I turn it off and leave it. It thickens while I eat my eggs and is ready by the time I finish.

I “sweeten” with protein powder.
Species Cinnamon Donut Isolyze orCore Nutritionals PRO French toast flavor.
My friend says her Evogen blueberry muffin and churro flavors.

My guys down here make their own CoR by grinding rice down in a Vitamix. Can adjust consistency by grinding more or less.

How did my thread turn into Grindr?

Dry weight of orange box cream of rice desired with 3.14 times this dry cor weight of water added. Stir into sandy water mixture. Add flavoring. Microwave 2 mins. Stir the shit out of it until there are no clumps. Back in the microwave 1 min 30s. Stir the shit out of it till there are no clumps. Back in the microwave 1 min and do not stir. Let it sit for a few mins. Will crust up. Add salt. This is from hundreds if not thousands of r&d hours invested in this formula.

Been trying to eat this. Always comes out on bottom of bowl. I follow directions.. 2 servings with 2 cups of cold almond milks.

How do you guys make yours thick?
The reason your consistency is coming out partially cooked at the bottom is because you add the water and then cook. Boil the water (microwave is convenient, no need for stovetop) and THEN add to COR. Stir and then place it back into the microwave.

Or…just buy bowl of gainz or elev8 if you’re made of money
Not that CoR isn’t expensive. Four servings per box for me with $4/box being the best price I have ever paid.

In South Africa I used some by NPL supplement brand. It was ultra fine and sort of a gross, smooth texture. Pre-flavored and about $35/kilo.
How ground rice can be so expensive?

Shit is impossible for me to get consistency where i want it to be either clumpy AF or soupy lol. Anyone throw in shakes without cooking?

If I was going to use it I’d throw it in a shake uncooked, I do oatmeal that way and it’s fine.
