I am 220lbs, 15% bf, 6ft and an inch (I'm a metric guy, 182cm)

I've been given an 8 week challenge to drop down as low as possible (bf%) while maintaining my LBM. With that, comes a possible sponsorship and job opportunities.

Been cutting using keto. Had surgery to remove skin. Gained some fat during recovery. Now I'm back into it, meal preps and heavy lifting (For the last 4 weeks, before that I was limited for 6 weeks)

I'm cutting at 2500 cals. Going to be reducing carbs to prep and post workout only for a total of 100 grams (See how I feel and check to make sure intensity is there while low carbing)

That said, I've been eyeing the listed compounds. Clen/T3 for enhanced fat loss. Anavar to help retain muscle. I'm on 125mg of test E, 2x 500iu Hcg, 2x Adex 0.25g as part of my TRT protocol.

Week 1-8 Clen @ 40mcg working up to 120mcg (Stopping at a dosage with managable sides)
Week 1-8 T3 @ 50 mcg to 75mcg (Only upping the dose if LBM is being somewhat maintained)
Week 1-8 Anavar @ 50mg to help maintain LBM

The questions:

1. I'll be using ketotifen so that I don't have to do 2 weeks on/off. However, I'm wondering what most people do in order to minimize the rebound post Clen. Reduce calories? Increase cardio? Taper off the Clen?

2. T3: is Test E and Var at a descent enough dosage to help mitigate LBM loss? Would you rather up the Test E? Forget the Var?

3. T3: I've seen 2 different opinions on how this should end. Cold turkey or taper. Those who say you can go cold turkey say that thyroid function returns to normal fast. While the others say it doesn't and you need to taper to avoid fooking shit up. Opinions?

4. I've been reading Clen and ketogenic diets aren't the best combo. That's part of the reason for pre and post carbs. However, I prefer a keto diet. Anyone have success with keto and clen? Or should carbs be included? And 100 grams, is that enough? I can go higher. I was cutting at 300 grams last year.

Any other advice, I'm all ears. I'm thinking about getting MK677 just for the sleep and recovery benefits I feel while on. Although I hear ketotifen makes you sleepy.

There may be some others that chime in and give you more detailed info then I can but let me give you my opinion from personal experience.

1. I have ran clen several times and tried different things. One time I tapered back down from around your top dosage for about 2 weeks and wasn't the best on my diet during that time. I gained weight but not too bad. The most recent time I tapered down the same way, maintained diet with only a little bit of cheating and continued my cardio regime. Doing this for almost 3-4 weeks post clen and cut allowed me to slowly come back and I've had no issues since.

2. From word of mouth, research on the subject for myself in the past and other various info gathered I believe the trt dose of test with the addition of the quality var will be plenty to maintain lbm and avoid any potential catabolic effects. You may want to continue the var a little past discontinuing the t3/clen stack.

3. I have done both and although I had better results the times I tapered I put more of the reasoning behind continuing a proper diet and cario regime for some time post clen/t3. Cutting cold turkey is done by many I know and some of them who are disciplined seem to be just fine. More then likely from maintaining the cardio and diet like I have.

4. I might be the least help with this question. I do not work with keto diets and haven't ran clen with a keto diet either. I was at about 200grams as I worked down on my recent cut and never really dipped below 180 at any point. I will say t3 can cause lethargy and make me so sleepy throughout the day its insane sometimes. If I was on anything close to 100grams or even less of carbs idk if I could function throughout the day!

As far as MK it does very well for me with sleep and repair as well as appetite when I need it. However, it puts water weight on me fast and somewhat a decent amount. If you don't have any problem with dealing with extra water weight while working with your cutting program then I don't see why not. You will drop excess water when you discontinue the MK and it happens pretty quickly. If anything, make sure your water intake is about 1.5 gallons per day (which it should be on a strong cutting program anyways) but also to assist in keeping subq water off as much as possible.

Hope some of this helped brother, let me know if you have any other questions.
