Doc gave me Xanax. Didn’t help too much with the inability to breathe due to literally being squeezed in the tube. All it did was make me high as fuck for the rest of the night lol.
The regular machine isn't built for large muscular people no doubt. If the scan isn't clear enough they should re-scan you using the open MRI machine if there's one. Lol I had to take Xanax when I had my Achilles surgery...was high as a kite when I came out of anesthesia post surgery

I myself had a good surgeon locally for my Achilles tear and he did a great job repairing it. Sounds like you are in good hands with that doc and you'll recover well. Hopefully not too long a setback if you were planning on getting into a show anytime soon.
 
Friend who is a biochemist and synthesizes custom peptides heard about my pec tendon injury, and made me a blend to try: bpc157/tb4-frag/kpv/peg-mgf. Shooting a bottle every 3-4 days directly into the injured tendon. Shit hurt, but let’s see how it works.

Dad’s an ortho, and he advised me to continue training legs/back/arms/shoulders (no pressing). Risk is a full tear, but honestly, there’s a ~30% chance I need surgery as is.

One positive from this is the doctor said he images lots of bodybuilders and my pec/delt muscle was the biggest and craziest he’d seen. He said the amount of muscle I carry there made it impossible to see shit on the imaging lol.

When I say I was crammed in this mri, I’m not talking just touching the walls of the tube. I had to roll my shoulders forward and got squeezed by it. A little terrifying if you know how mri’s work, as I could see the plastic cover literally deforming from me.

The MRIs are brutal. I have the same issues in one. I can only do the open MRIs. If you ever get another see if they have one.

Really had to lighten the load and focus on damn near perfect form and tempo, pulling with only the correct muscle. I’m letting pain guide my workouts.

I figure, I finished my chest training day when the injury happened without making the injury worse. Training around the injury should be fine. No pressing. No tricep behind the head movements. Everything else should be g2g

Ortho wants a chest wall mri with pectoralis
Major tendon sequences…super hard to find a place with an mri that will fit me and has the capability to run this imaging. Had two places schedule me and cancel at the last second. It turns out, it’s 2 images in 1, so I was looking at paying $1000 cash price. Screw that. I’m going through insurance now, but the whole process has just been delayed. On the bright side, I was given clearance to continue training chest. Apparently it can help it heal. Just can’t be a retard.

Weight is at an all time high. Life is getting unpleasant. Zero mobility hard to breathe and move. The cost of growing!
