I haven’t used it for personalized plans but give it a shot, the worst that can happen is it doesn’t work imo, then u try something else.
 
It seem to be wildly inconsistent for dosing. Very good for pulling studies and research.
On the published medical & science side, I like the search site Consensus: AI for Research There is a lot of Canadian university athletic performance research out there, this grabs a lot of it.

Its a very useful tool I run everything by it just to see what it says. Its great for stuff like checking absorption issues from taking supplements together or timing of certain compounds or supplements. Or taking them on full/empty stomach. I dont listen to it about cycle length or amounts because it acts like its my parent lol but in my opinion its a great tool fpr all the other stuff. I can tell you that it absolutely despises DHB and Tren lol
 
I've tested it as a super charged TDEE calculator and it came out pretty spot on
 
I like it. Used it for diet and splits. Kind of can give you a baseline and you put it into practice and adjust as needed.
 
I actually used it to develop a 8 week routine, I said I want to use periodization like Dr. Mike, but I want some scientific ranked exercises like Jeff Nippard. I also wanted a Men's physique competition focus. It built a great routine based on the men's physique focus.
 
I have kind of "Talked it into" DHB. As long as it is a well brewed and formulated batch (Aka SB Labs). Wasn;t easy considering it knows Iam 61.

Grok definitely favors the DHB a little more than chat gpt for sure lol.

I recently played around with Chat to ask about adjusting my workout to accommodate an avg of 5 days a week of hard skiing, in season and then off season, both on and off PEDs. Then asked for the same but with a focus once on optimizing for skiing performance and once for hypertrophy across those different conditions.

It was surprisingly coherent, not concerned about PED use (something of a change it seems from earlier queries) and made good recommendations for exercise selection, volume, frequency and intensity for each scenario.

Was fairly impressed tbh, but maybe because I wasn’t expecting much.
