Long time lurker first time poster. Looking for some feedback on my current plan.
Current stats: 30 years old. 6’1” 196 LBS, Approx 8% body fat.
Coming out of prep and on about 400 test c weekly and 300 mast e.
Have ran 5 cycles prior.
Included test, mast, npp, dbol, var, and tren.
Nutrition: Macros: 260P, 480C, 90F. Eating about 3,600 daily currently. Two high carb days a week at about 600, one lower day at 350. Planning on bumping the food up to about 4,000. Maintenance calories are usually around 3,200-3,300
Training: 6 days a week.
Monday- push
Tuesday- legs
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- legs/ back
Friday-shoulders/ arms
Saturday-legs
Sunday-pull
Cardio- 5 times a week, 3x LISS. Moderate run 2x. Average about 6-8 hours of sleep daily.
Planning on bulking for 8 weeks, then drop to just test for 7, then pct and give my body a break. Would prefer to blast and cruise but have other obligations and cant. Goal is to limit and high estrogen sides and have a lean bulk. Focusing on leg growth, traps and shoulders. Have room to adjust macros and cycle.

I know primo and mast are similar, have found my body reacts very well to both and last time I ran NPP had some DBOL as well and estrogen was too high. Already have ancillaries and PCT on hand.
