Has anyone had their RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) tested? The test where they measure O2 consumption and CO2 conversion?
I have been looking into it so that I could have a more accurate understanding of my body's actual caloric intake needs vs. the generic inaccuracies of mathematical formulas. Just wanted to see if it was worth the $99.
