Get Shredded!
This is my bloodwork, It has been 1 month since my last pin and i've started my pct 2 weeks ago, I was taking 500mg Test E/week for 4 months
I've been doing 20mg of nolvadex/day during the last 2 weeks
But my testosterone is still dropping and my lh,fsh is almost shut down
My testosterone total last week was 8.34, today it's 6.31 meaning it's still dropping
Shouldn't have the lh and fsh increase alittle bit in the last 2 weeks? what should i do and when will the lh and fsh start working again?
I added 50mg of clomid today alongside with the 20mg of nolva.

I’m far from an expert, but you could go 40 Nolva a day for the next two weeks and back down to 20 or stay at 40 for another two weeks. If you have clomid you could throw 25 of that a day in. If you have extensive AAS use you might need trt. If this is one of your first cycles Nolva and clomid should do the trick. When I was younger I would pct for 4 - 6 weeks with Nolva only at times.

I have been on trt so take with a grain of salt.

Hcg might be the trick to getting FSH numbers back up.

Worth looking into.

You were on exogenous testosterone for 4 months, your body needs time to start hormone production back up. Keep up with nolva and clomid which will help stimulate fsh and lh levels to rise.

I highly recommend this sticky.

Clomid should help. Nolva is a good SERM but it doesn't work as good as clomid when it comes to getting LH and FSH back up. Something to think about is that every time you use test/anabolics you run the risk of not ever getting your natural testosterone production back. Everyone is different and yes that risk is small early on that risk will increase the more cycles you do. It can take months to get natural testosterone levels back. Time on needs to equal time off if you're going to PCT.

Clomid can have some unwanted side effects such as but not limited to making you emotional etc so just be aware of that. I'd suggest Nolva and Clomid both for 6 weeks and see what happens.

Chances are you will definitely get your natural testosterone levels back eventually but like I said that slight risk of being on trt for life is always a possibility as well when we mess with this stuff.
