Bleeding after injection?

Today after pinning, the injection site trickled out maybe a half teaspoon of blood or so, which is unusual. Typically I bleed maybe a droplet or less. Is it likely that the higher level of bleeding also expelled the test cyp? Should I do injecting again or not bother?
 
Thanks — I’m not so much worried about the health impacts as whether the test cyp I injected was wasted or not. Sounds like it wasn’t, though?

It happens. Just try to recall that particular spot and move it slightly the next time you pin in that location. All part of the process
 
Also, if you’re worried about some leaking out (it’s not really even significant) just pin a little extra ;)
 
Thanks for the feedback — no blood thinners or anything. The needle actually seemed to go in easier and more painlessly than usual, but that could be a coincidence. I always pin on the same spot on my thigh but obviously there must be some tiny variation from week to week…
 
I’m jumping on the same bandwagon as the group. You pin enough times, you’ll bleed a little , squirt a little, and hit a nerve or two. I also worry about losing some compound when that happens, so I do a little extra the next time. You’re 100% ok. Clearly what we all do here is not an exact science.
 
Leaving the pin in longer will usually stop the issue of any blood coming out.

When I pin delts I used to always get some blood and I've got pretty big delts so it wasn't a volume issue. Just leave the pin in there an extra twenty or thirty seconds.

You can always air pack as well. After you draw up your dose, draw in a couple extra notches of air, tilt the pin so the air is up by the plunger then pin. The air at the top of the oil will "pack" the injection. This is very useful if you have spots that leak blood or, oil as well.

Sounds like a plan, I will try all this next time!
 
I let pressure off the syringe, count to 10, and then pull out the syringe. This lets the rest of the oil get in and generally speaking, leaves no blood coming out at all. I recommend trying it because it helps a lot.

Seems like good common sense which is probably why it didn’t occur to me!

Also, that's why you have something soaked in alcohol ready to apply when you remove the needle.

Since posting this thread, I have been keeping the needle in my leg for a solid 30 seconds and removing it real slow. No bleeding, so it seems to do the trick…

So the best way I’ve found to avoid this is take half the needle out and wait a few seconds then pull the rest out and rub for a few seconds
 
As usual, half of these comments are missing the point entirely. Title only readers, perhaps. He's not concerned about a little bit of blood or the trivial health implications; he's worried about this messing up his weekly dosing.
