So as I’ve aged I’m starting to deal with joint pain. Seems like when I run compounds that make me dry out obviously it gets worse. Any suggestions or supplements you have tried really make a difference to relive this pain?
 
I find covering up joint pain long term to only lead to even more pain and damage. Finding the reason and alleviating that is a better way to go. I may have avoided a couple surgeries if i had worked on that more.
 
NPP if you don't like deca. When I ran it, a recurring shoulder injury was free of issues.
BPC157 is what I use when I get joint pain. Mostly left shoulder, sometimes knees.
Occasional 8 week runs with cjc/ipa.
I eat a clean low inflammation diet. Supplements include fish oil, resveratrol, turmeric/curcumin. Can't say any of those supps specifically help but all of it overall keeps joint pain low/non-existent.
 
I have used glucosamine, fish oil, tart cherry juice, and turmeric for years and I still felt better when I added collagen to my coffee every day.
 
Turmeric and BPC are my go tos. The benefits of BPC are enormous and I am a huge fan of BPC. I’ll use TB if have a specific injury or ache
 
As far as actual supplements go, get some high quality cissus like Nutrabios. High dose it. Been using that shit since I was a teenager. It definitely helps. Add in their joint health complex and it’s a great overall stack for joints.
 
Came here to say exactly that! Only problem with it is you cant ever come off or you'll be looking for a bridge to jump from.
Exactly,i run low dose deca year round for joint pain,thought id take a break and totally come off a few years ago and decided pretty fast that will never happen,i forgot how much the joints can really hurt.
 
What's the highest dose and length you have ever taken it for or someone else you know?
Did 250mg of inj winstrol for a few months.. 2-3 months Id say.. Along with Tbol, Tren and Masteron. Ive been in my best shape ever.. had a badass pain in my elbows and forehands for 2-3 weeks post cycle.. Knees and shoulders were ok, it was long time ago when I was younger..
I dont regret it though, I would do it again if I get some highly advanced synthetic android type joints :)
So far my body is slowly falling apart, one week ago I tore my right leg biceps.. Not that big a deal but it never hapened before I turned 37-40yo and I tore alot of muscles since I turned 40.. completely tore left triceps few years ago
