What do u guys use and or recommend for joint support ? Is fish oil really that good or important ? Thanks

on top of fish oil for general/joint health, I also use a joint supplement that has glucosamine HCI, chondroitin, MSM, boswellia serrate, hyaluronic acid, boron and others.

I use fish oil, and Controlled Labs Orange Triad which has glucosamine sulfate, chrondotin sulfate, msm, bromelain, and hyaluronic acid. Plus its a multivitamin, and for like 25 bucks you can't beat it. I also just ordered some cissus, heard great things about it. Can't wait to try it. But i've had joint issues in the past, between the fish oil and Orange Triad though, no joint pain, ever.

So fish oil is the first choice ??

Yeah fish oil for sure, it also has a ton of other benefits. If you have bad joints, you may want to look into a combination of fish oil and one of the other's that I have listed. I had some joint problems, since taking that list, no problems whatsoever.

Thanks Brother

only thing that sucks with joint support its on avg 6 pills a day and takes min. 2 weeks to kick in, and alot of them make or give you a scent when you sweat and not your avg scent...

good post right here boys orange triad which i pay like $19.00 and only take half of what they say to take still works great and last forever.and allso dude you will love cissus it helps your joints but allso has a anabolic property to it if that makes since very few otc stuff i can feel working that is one of them.let me know if you want to know the brand i have used and works.

I normally get dry joints on cycle, 3 grams of fish oil and glucosamine and condroitin always did the trick for me. Can't go wrong with orange triad as well !

Cissus Quadrangularis. Nice natural anti-inflammatory. The lower 5-10% works much better then the higher extracts.

i am taking the essence from iml seems to help but they cause fish burps somtimes.and i even put them in the freezer which usually helps prevent them .

Triflex from gnc, has been going very well for me.......and their 1k fish oils seem desent as well.....

What do you guys find to work best? I have sore joints from my job as it is I stand for 12 to 13 hours on concrete with no breaks for 4 days a week and powerlifting 3 days a week doesn't help. but to top that the AI I'm taking for my cycle is really drying me out. what do you guys suggest? is it gonna take two weeks for all of this to kick in?

I looked into this topic with fish oil before.. Can't remember sources, but read some studies that showed joint improvement, skin improvement, etc etc when taking around 3.5g of omega 3's from fish oil a day. Most people take way under this amount and thus may not see much benefit, but in high amounts it seems to be legit. Also, 3.5g of fish oil does not equal 3.5g of omega 3's.. Many supps advertise 1000mg of fish oil, but only have like 300mg of actual omega 3.

I seen some people take 9 grams a day fish oil but does that benifit that much..

regular or cheap fish oil supplements may contain mercury. pharmaceutical grade is supposed to be free of it.

Costco has a really good liquid joint support supp . It's the highest dose I could find of any of these products . It has glucosamine , condroitin and msm . I have used this for years . But really nothing beats some Npp for thoses joints IMHO !
